An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Pradip Kumar Maurya S/O Shiv Shankar Maurya on whose application Additional Secretary, regional office Varanasi is procrastinating since 2015.

Following the signed application sent by the aggrieved Pradip Kumar Maurya on 02/09/2021 through speed registered post on 02 Sept 2021 and this communication was received in the office of the Additional Secretary, regional office Varanasi 06 Sept 2021 quite obvious from the online tracking of the speed registered post on the website of the department post which is attached herewith.
