According to subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005-Subject to the proviso to subsection (2) of section 5 or the proviso to subsection (3) of section 6, the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, on receipt of a request under section 6 shall, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within thirty days of the receipt of the request, either provide the information on payment of such fee as may be prescribed or reject the request for any of the reasons specified in sections 8 and 9:It is 16 Sept 2021 today which means 1 month 15 days passed, but PIO did not provide any information which means PIO denied information as quite obvious from the subsection 2 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 If the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, fails to give decision on the request for information within the period specified under subsection (1), the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, shall be deemed to have refused the request. Consequently, PIO violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. It is too much regretting that concerned did not provide any information under Right to Information Act 2005 in the good governance of the chief minister Yogi Aditya Nath ji while Right to Information Act 2005 was brought up by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the offices of the public authorities. Why the chief medical officer is running away from providing information to the information seeker is itself a question? Whether it is a good governance that concerned chief medical officer of the district Sonebhadra is violating the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005 and not providing information to the information seeker.

* Description of Information Sought संदर्भ संख्या : 40020021007536 , दिनांक - 14 Aug 2021 तक की स्थिति  आवेदनकर्ता का विवरण : शिकायत संख्या:-40020021007536 आवेदक का नाम-Kamlesh Singh का निस्तारण किया ही नहीं गया बल्कि शिकायत को गलत ढंग से बंद  कर दिया गया जो भ्र्ष्टाचार को पोषित करने वाला है और गैर जिम्मेदारी को दर्शाता है श्री मान जी निस्संदेह प्रकरण का सम्बन्ध मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी से है जो की शिकायत के विषय वस्तु से स्पस्ट है किन्तु जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर मुख्य चिकत्साधिकारी का कोई विकल्प ही नहीं है वहा की व्यवस्था इस तरह  से है की प्रकरण को विकास खंड के स्तर  पर ही भेजा जाता है महोदय क्या प्रार्थी द्वारा शिकायत में कही लिखा गया है क्या की प्रकरण को प्राइमरी हेल्थ सेंटर केकराही के आई। जी।  आर. एस. पोर्टल पर भेजा जाय किन्तु इससे प्रार्थी को न्याय कहा  मिला की सम्बंधित यह कहे की इसको मुख्य चिकत्साधिकारी सोनभद्र को भेजा जाना चाहिए न की प्रभारी चिकित्साधिकारी/अधीक्षक पी० एच० सी०/सी० एच० सी० इसी आधार पर शिकायत को  निस्तारित मान लिया जाय जब की मुख्य चिकत्साधिकारी सोनभद्र की कार्यशैली खुद रहस्य्मयी और भ्र्ष्टाचार को पोषित करने वाली है क्यों की उनके द्वारा अभी तक चिकत्स्कीय परीक्षण रिपोर्ट उपलब्ध नहीं कराया गया है जिसकी वजह से अपराधियों के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही लंबित है और डिटेल के लिए संलग्नक देखे 

Chief medical officer Sonebhadra who is also the public information officer of the department may provide following information.

1-Please provide X-Ray report carried out in the district hospital Sonebhadra in the matter concerned. 

2-Provide reason of not providing option to make complaints against wrongdoings in the working of chief medical officer on the Jansunwai portal of Government of Uttar Pradesh.

3-Provide the cause of delay in providing the X-Ray report to the Jigana police sending messangers again and again to your office. 

4-Provide the copy of the subsequent communications exchanged with the Jigana / Mirzapur police regarding X-Ray report .
