Whether the applicant had appointed the aforementioned officer to redress the grievances of the people received in the office of the chief minister, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Joint Secretary Bhaskar Pandey had to send the grievance on the address explicitly given in the grievance, but it is unfortunate that he incompetent enough to understand the contents of the grievances consequently aggrieved citizens have to face qualityless redressal of their grievances. Undoubtedly a qualified person had to be appointed to this key post who may understand the contents of the grievances so that the grievances of the aggrieved people may be redressed properly and the aggrieved may thank chief minister Yogi Aditya Nath.
