If the one time password will not be sent by the bank then how the transaction will complete. SBI customer cell falsely informed that they fixed the issue of OTP but later I made to recharge the mobile but OTP not sent by SBI. Vide attached documents to the representation.

Receipt of an SMS on the complainant's mobile number from CMPOC, SBI, Hyderabad The response provided by SBI for this issue is as follows 1. The referred transactions pertain to Salary payment instructions uploaded by Controller of Defence Accounts Jabalpur Unit: Pay Accounts Office (ORs), Jammu and Kashmir under Ministry of Defence and the payments were processed for credit to Account No. xxxxxxxx233 (IFSC: Sxxxxxxxxx8). 3. As per the arrangement, CMPOC systems triger SMS to the beneficiry/vendor Mobile Number as given in the uploaded payment instructions intimating them of processing of the transactions uploaded by the CDAs. We advise that there is no mechanism at our end to check the correctness of mobile numbers as given in the payment instructions. 4. We have alerted CDA Jabalpur to verify the mobile number of the beneficiary and arrange for correction, if necessary. Therefore, you are requested to pursue the matter with SBI, in case you are not satisfied with the response.

For several months, The State Bank of India was playing a game with the debit cards as they were not sending one-time password but now they are not sending the one time password to authenticate the transaction in the internet banking also which is an offence and it is the need of the hour that the concerned accountable public functionaries may take action against the wrongdoers of the State Bank of India who is monitoring the redress of the grievances on the public grievance portal of the government of India. How can it be justified that they are impeding the services which are being provided by the state bank of India to the applicant? Earlier they were not sending the one time password for the transactions made by debit cards but now they are behaving in the same manner in the case of transactions made through internet banking. They have closed every service of the bank available in the account of the aggrieved applicant. Moreover, some thing is wrong with my account quite obvious from the following email of google ads.

श्री मान जी महाप्रबंधक प्रयागराज एक कुटिल योजना के तहत प्रार्थी को परेशान कर रहे है शाखा प्रबंधक तो महज एक मोहरा है महोदय इस समय कौन सा कार्ड प्रार्थी के अकाउंट में एक्टिव है यह केवल ब्रांच मैनेजर ही बता सकते है देखने के लिए तो तीन कार्ड एक्टिव है दो को प्रार्थी जानता है किन्तु ब्रांच मैनेजर तीनो के बारे में जानते है के बारे में मई जानता हूँ उनसे तो ट्रांसक्शन संभव नहीं है तीसरे के केवल अंतिम चार डिजिट को जानता हु
यदि ओ टी पी न भेज कर कार्ड को ब्लॉक किया जाता है तो यह फर्स्ट फ़रवरी से ही शुरू हो गया था बैंक मैनेजर यह बताये की उन्होंने पहली फरवरी से ही कैसे दोनों ए टी एम् कार्डो को बंद कर दिया क्यों की प्रार्थी द्वारा उनसे ऐसा अनुरोध तो किया नहीं गया था
महोदय शाखा प्रबंधक द्वारा तीसरा कार्ड जारी किया गया उसका विवरण प्रार्थी को क्यों नहीं उपलब्ध कराया गया
जब प्रार्थी ए टी एम कार्ड की फीस देता है तो प्रार्थी को ए टी एम कार्ड की सुबिधा से वंचित क्यों किया जा रहा है
श्री मान जी महाप्रबंधक प्रयागराज और बैंकिंग ओम्बड्समैन कानपुर का भ्रस्टाचार उजागर करने की वजह से प्रार्थी को शाखा प्रबंधक के माध्यम से परेशान किया जा रहा है ये लोग करोङो रूपये गरीब छात्रों का हड़प रहे है अर्थात गरीब छात्रों की छात्रवृत्ति उन तक नहीं पहुंच रही है और यह बहुत बड़े स्तर से हो रहा है

ऐसा यह इसलिए कर रहे है की हम इनके भ्रस्टाचार और कानपुर बैंकिंग ओम्बुड्स मान के साथ इनके काली करतूतों के गठजोड़ उजागर किया है स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया खुद एक बहुत बड़े भ्रस्टाचार का गढ़ है
मोदी सरकार भरस्टाचार की वजह से कोई कार्यवाही करने में अक्षम है

Bank must update its services and state bank of India has declared itself as top category in providing banking services. The mobile number provided by the CDA Jabalpur unit in the referred Payment instructions match with that mentioned in the complaint. However, the name of the Account Holder does not match with the name of the complainant. 3. As per the arrangement, CMPOC systems triger SMS to the beneficiry/vendor Mobile Number as given in the uploaded payment instructions intimating them of processing of the transactions uploaded by the CDAs. We advise that there is no mechanism at our end to check the correctness of mobile numbers as given in the payment instructions. 4. We have alerted CDA Jabalpur to verify the mobile number of the beneficiary and arrange for correction, if necessary. Therefore, you are requested to pursue the matter with SBI, in case you are not satisfied with the response.
