* Prayer or Relief Sought Registration Number DMOMR/R/2021/60047 Name Yogi M P Singh Date of Filing 01-08-2021. For more detail, vide attached document to this representation. For good governance, there must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of public function and to promote transparency and accountability in the working environment of the government functionaries, government of India introduced Right to Information Act 2005 but it is unfortunate that corrupt sheep in the public offices are hatching conspiracy to make it ineffective. It is 25 Sept 2021 today which implies that one month and 25 days passed. Moreover, Status REQUEST FORWARDED TO PIO as on 12/08/2021Details of PIO :- Telephone Number:- , Email Id:- Note :- You are advised to contact the above mentioned officer for further details.which means PIO concerned is procrastinating on the matter for one month and 13 days. According to subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005, it is the legal duty of the PIO to provide information to the information seeker within stipulated time of 30 days from the date of the receipt of the RTI Application in the office of the public authority. This implies that the concerned PIO did not provide information within the specified date consequently violated the aforementioned provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005. Undoubtedly the matter concerns the deep rooted corruption and PIO is running away from providing information so he must be directed to provide information at the earliest without any further delay and accountability may be fixed by taking appropriate action in the matter. No one is above the law and the law of land is supreme which must not be superseded and rule of law should be enforced instead of promoting lawlessness and anarchy in the government machinery.

* Description of Information Sought DIOS Mirzapur who is also the public information officer of his department may provide the following information point wise as follows.
1- Posting detail of District Inspector of Schools and Account officers in the DIOS office posted in the district Mirzapur in the last 10 years.
2-Posting details of class three employees in DIOS office including date of joining in the district with name and designation.
3-If any current staff was earlier posted in the district and later transferred and now working as second time posting, then posting details of such staffs and earlier posting details must also be made available.
4-Whatever information is voluntarily disclosed by the public authority DIOS office under subsection 1 b of section 4 of Right to Information Act 2005, which must be provided to access to the information seeker.
5-If any staff of the DIOS is facing corruption charges and enquiry of such charges is pending or enforced, then this must be made available to the information seeker.

मिर्जापुर। निजी स्कूलों को सीबीएसई की मान्यता देने को लेकर गलत तरीके से एनओसी देने के मामले में जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक देवकी सिंह को निलंबित कर दिया गया है। शासन से शुक्रवार देर रात हुई इस कार्रवाई के बाद जिले के शिक्षा जगत में हलचल मच गई है। साथ ही उप शिक्षा निदेशक चंद्रजीत यादव को उनका प्रभार दे दिया गया। इस मामले में यह पांचवीं कार्रवाई है। इससे पहले दो खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी और दो लिपिक निलंबित हो चुके हैं।
