An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of my mother Smt Vidya Devi to seek transfer of balance money into the account of my father to the account of my mother Smt Vidya Devi as of now family pension is being provided into her account by the government of Uttar Pradesh. Name of Bank and Branch : Mirzapur city Wellesley GanjAccount Number : 686010100009011After demise of my father on 03 May 2021 who is operating the account aforementioned arbitrarily and withdrawing money as my mother Vidya Devi still alive who is the nominee in the account? Bank must provide detail of bank account of latter transaction made after demise of my father. As this application is on behalf of my mother, Vidya Devi.Requisite identity proof and processing made by gazetted officers to provide the family pension is attached to the grievance. Passbook of Smt Vidya Devi opened in the Raipuri Branch of Aryavart Bank District Mirzapur is attached to the grievance. A 75 years old lady cannot travel 80 kilometres to district headquarters to manage the account in the Bank of India. Undoubtedly dilly-dally approach of the bank in resolving the grievances quite obvious from the earlier submitted grievances of the applicant.
