Bank must provide detail of bank account of latter transaction made after demise of my father. As this application is on behalf of my mother, Vidya Devi.Requisite identity proof and processing made by gazetted officers to provide the family pension is attached to the grievance. Passbook of Smt Vidya Devi opened in the Raipuri Branch of Aryavart Bank District Mirzapur is attached to the grievance. A 75 years old lady cannot travel 80 kilometres  to district headquarters to manage the account in the Bank of India. Undoubtedly dilly-dally  approach of the bank in resolving the grievances quite obvious from the earlier submitted grievances of the applicant.
