Grievance Description
An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India concerned with repeated representations of Mrs Minakshi Devi wife of Mr Chhannu regarding prime minister avas scheme quite obvious from the attached documents to the representation.
This representation is on behalf of Mrs Minakshi Devi wife of Mr Chhannu and the matter is concerned with the lackadaisical approach of the officers at the district level Mirzapur district of the government of Uttar Pradesh.
Details of the applicant are as follows.
Mrs Minakshi Devi wife of Mr Chhannu, Village Sakaraudi, Development block Jamalpur, Police station- Adalhat District- Mirzapur, State- Uttar Pradesh.
Vide attached PDF documents which explicitly implies that aggrieved applicant Mrs Minakshi Devi wife of Mr Chhannu through three-speed registered posts invited the kind attention of the Chief Development Officer, District-Mirzapur, Prime Minister of India and Block development officer of the block aforementioned.
Aforementioned representations dated 11 March 2019 were despatched on actually on 14 March 2019 quite obvious from the attached receipt of the postal department of the government of India.
Sir, please take a glance at the communication of the commissioner, rural development dated 27 May 2019 addressed to Chief Development Officer Mirzapur. From the perusal of the aforementioned communication of commissioner rural development, the government of Lucknow, it is quite explicit that representation of the aggrieved lady Mrs Minakshi Devi wife of Mr Chhannu was forwarded by the office of the prime minister of this country to the government of Uttar Pradesh and then district administration but it is, unfortunately, no action was taken by the concerned staffs of the district administration under intimation to the aggrieved applicant which is undermining the dignity of the prime minister office and reflecting insolence of the concerned staffs at the district level.
Aggrieved applicant Mrs Minakshi Devi wife of Mr Chhannu again sent the reminder dated 24 Dec 2019 on the same day through speed registered post but still no action on the representations of the aggrieved lady which is a mockery of the law of the land and reflection of lawlessness and anarchy in the state.

अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित संदर्भ संख्या 60000200097955 की जाॅच श्री रामदूत सिंह ग्राम पंचायत अ0 से करायी गयी है इनकी जॉच आख्या के अनुसार आवेदक आवास हेतु पात्र है आवास की नई सूची बनाई जायेगी तो आवेदक का नाम नये सूची मे जाेड दिया जायेगा उक्त प्रकरण को नि0 करने का कष्ट करे

Sir undoubtedly you have taken recourse of fact that candidate is entitled for the Prime minister avas and her name will be added to the list of Avas but the raised question is that what action has been taken by the concerned on the representation earlier submitted by the aggrieved applicant before the prime minister Narendra Damodar Modi also known as mesiah of the poor and whatever representation forwarded by the government of Uttar Pradesh to the district administration as the application forwarded by the government of Uttar Pradesh to district administration is also attached to the representation. Here only formalities were fulfilled by submitting arbitrary inconsistent report as submissions of the grievance were overlooked when concerned were preparing the report. As two registered posts were also sent to chief development officer Mirzapur but he did not take any action in the matter. Still it is not ensured that her name is included in any list. Redress of grievance must be fair
