1-Please take a glance of the first page of the attached PDF document to the application which is circular sent by the department of home to entire districts to curb the misuse of section 107, section 151 and section 116 of the criminal procedure code.
Please provide the reason for the application of mind reached on the conclusion that applicant and his 70 years old father can breach the peace of the society.

5- Undoubtedly chauki incharge Natwan wreaked vengeance with the applicant for submitting the complaints on government portals.
Chauki in-charge may provide reason to the applicant for seeking shelter in court of law as title in favour of the father has been decided already and property is in the name of the father of the applicant in the government documents.

It is quite obvious that neither you are redressing the grievances nor providing information under R.T.I. Act 2005, then what can be done by the aggrieved applicant. Whether it is justified to submit arbitrary and inconsistent reports to close the grievances submitted on the Jansunwai portal and public grievance portal of the government of India.

First of all, Lekhpal Rahul Jadaun may agree with its report that no decision has been taken by the S.D.M. Sadar in the matter of complaint filed under section 24 of revenue code 2006.
Report of the Rahul Jadaun provided to the police attached to the grievance along with the report of Circle officer Parmanand Kushwaha. The report of the Lekhpal Rahul Jadaun is conflicting.
Sir it is a bitter truth that neither concerned police nor staff of the Tehsil Sadar are adopting a logistic approach in the matter to resolve the problems.
Sir, think about the gravity of the situation that there is no name of the opposition party in the records of the department of Revenue. What is still they have possession of the land of the applicant which is the reflection of anarchy in the administration of Tehsil Sadar.
Opposite party only says that whoever will come to the land we will cut them into the pieces this is the root cause the applicant is not going there and when trying to take the help of the police and staff of Tehsil Sadar they have once gone there thereafter they never went because opposite party did not pay heed to the staff of sadar and police as well. They hurled abuses on the applicant before the police. If there is no value of the police then think about the common applicant before the land grabber.
महोदय लेखपाल राहुल जादौन अभी तक कई अपने रिपोर्टों में इस बात का जिक्र किया है कि प्रार्थी द्वारा धारा 116 के अंतर्गत राजस्व संहिता 2006 में प्रार्थना पत्र श्रीमान उप जिलाधिकारी महोदय सदर के समक्ष प्रेषित करें जिससे जमीन का विभाजन हो सके जब प्रार्थी द्वारा इस बात का विरोध किया गया की यहां पर मामला विभाजन का नहीं है बल्कि विपक्षी द्वारा जमीन का कब्जा किया गया है और धारा 116 राजा संगीता 2006 यहां पर लागू नहीं होगी तो उन्होंने अपना दूसरा स्टैंड ले आया अब वे धारा 24 की बात कर रहे हैं जिसके तहत उन्होंने जमीन का नापी कर दिया है किंतु कुछ लिखित तो उन्होंने दिया नहीं था इसलिए वह दूसरा बहाना बना दिए क्योंकि उन्हें कब्जा तो दिलाना नहीं है सिर्फ मामले को लटकाए रखना है जिससे प्रार्थी तहसील प्रशासन और पुलिस प्रशासन के पीछे दौड़ता रहे श्रीमान जी कार्यशैली में न तो कोई पारदर्शिता है और ना ही कोई जवाबदेही है जो मन में आता है लिख देते हैं आख्या के रूप में और वही स्वीकार हो जाती है ऐसा सिर्फ भ्रष्टाचार के कारण हो रहा है कृपया मामले में तर्कसंगत हल निकाले और विपक्षी से पूछे कि वह किस आधार पर उस जमीन में कब्जा बनाए हुए हैं और यदि कोई अन्य मामला है तो विपक्षी से कहें कि वह अपना टाइटल सूट निस्तारित कराए क्योंकि टाइटल तो अभी प्रार्थी के पक्ष में हैं सभी सरकारी दस्तावेजों में प्रार्थी के पिता का ही नाम है
Here the applicant is not the co-shareholder of the land but paid the price of the land and title has been decided by the concerned magistrate during the process mutation. Therefore, the applicant is the undisputed landlord and boundary of the land has been decided by the Tehsil and police, but possession could not be provided because opposite party members are notorious criminals as mentioned by the applicant in his earlier applications. Both police and Tehsil are frightened of them. The boundary of the land after mutation has been decided and Lekhpal itself accepted it his report that opposite has grabbed the entire land while in accordance with the law, they must claim for the piece of land purchased by them not the entire land consequently opposite party is reaping the benefit of muscle power and peace-loving nature of the applicant in the matter.
I pray before the Honourable Sir that here whatever land is purchased by the opposite party, they must confine themselves to the same land but because of their criminal nature they are trying to take the law of land under their teeth by grabbing the land of the applicant of which title is in the name of the applicant quite obvious from the report of the
