In the last step when I had paid the R.T.I. Fee instead of opening the page on the R.T.I. portal, it opened an error page and message displayed on the screen Back to Home quite obvious from the screenshot and no registration number was made available by the website which is an automatic process but because of corruption there is cryptic dealings on the RTI Portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh to curb the information seekers from submitting RTI Applications.

With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.
2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the applicant made the efforts to submit the following RTI Application to the public authority Lucknow Development Authority.
Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh who is the claimant of the plot of the land quite obvious from the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006. In the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006 filed in the Lucknow bench of the High court of Judicature at Allahabad filed by Anuradha Singh also named Guddi also named Aradhana Singh through her mother Beena Singh wife of Brijraj Singh also Beena Singh wife of Netrpal Singh. Whether in the same matter, to get remedy from various redressal bodies and get public aid by changing the name is not illegal?
In the aforementioned writ, Anuradha Singh was directed by the High court of judicature to seek civil remedy from competent authority by filing a title suit.
Public Information Officer in the office of Lucknow Development Authority may provide the following information to the information seeker point wise as follows.
1-L.D.A. may provide the details of title suit filed by multi-named lady Anuradha Singh in the record of L.D.A. Guddi Singh including the designation, name of the public staff who executed it with posting detail.
2-L.D.A. may provide the copy of the order passed by the competent court deciding the title suit of the Anuradha Singh in the compliance of the High court order in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006. which is attached to this application in PDF form.
3-L.D.A. may provide the detail of the posting of the staff who executed the registry of plots as told by L.D.A. registry has been executed to allottees, with designation and name so that accountability may be fixed.
4- High Court and Supreme Court are the court of records which means orders passed by such courts are binding on the government departments, parties of the litigation and subordinate courts. Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound judicial system and it is not only applicable in judiciary but it is an indispensable part of the sound administrative system. Please provide the reason for overlooking order and name and resignation of the staff of the Lucknow Development Authority who overlooked the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad as High court order in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006. which is attached to this application in PDF form.
Most respected Public Information Officer of the Lucknow Development Authority should provide the information to the information seeker within stipulated 30 days as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of The Right to Information Act 2005 in respect of above 4-point information.
