Executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mr Rajesh Kumar District Mirzapur must meditate on it.
Mrs. Prabhavati Devi wife of Mr. Ram Avtar Has two sons and two daughter-in-laws whose description is as follows.
1-Sunita, wife of Mr. Mangala Prasad and 2-Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad
In the same premises you have provided the electricity connection to the Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad who is the sister-in-law of the aggrieved applicant Sunita, wife of Mr. Mangala Prasad. Why is the following reason not applicable to Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad? Right to reason is the indispensable part of sound administrative system so this reason must be provided to the applicant as required under the law. Under subsection 1 d of the section 4 of the right to information act 2005 it has been categorically stated that it shall be obligatory duty of each public authority to provide the reasons of its decision to the parties concerned. Do not conceal corruption.
Reason of rejection of the application of Sunita Devi provided by EDD II Mirzapur-According to your report -On-line application for obtaining electricity connection was made on 08.06.2023 by Mrs. Sunita, wife of Mr. Mangala Prasad, resident of Tehsil ke samne Wali Gali, Mahuwaria, District-Mirzapur, whose application number is 1013373200. But in the premises of Mrs. Sunita wife of Mr. Mangala Prasad, connection number 6418848000 is already approved in the name of Mrs. Prabhavati Devi wife of Mr. Ram Avtar resident of Tehsil Road, Mahuwaria, Mirzapur in 01 KW L.G.V. 2 mode. On which electricity bill of Rs. 125794.00 is outstanding. Due to which it is not possible to issue an electricity connection to Smt. Sunita D/O Lallu Prajapati and WO Mangala Prasad.
If everyone in this country has equal protection under article 14 of the consumption of India why executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mr. Rajesh Kumar violated the constitutional rights of the applicant through discriminatory approach?
Whether such mysterious and cryptic activities of your subordinates are not raising the question mark and their integrity. Most respected sir, you must provide the reason for the partial approach by your subordinates. Whether corruption has reached its peak in your department?
An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Sunita D/O Lallu Prajapati and W/O Mangala Prasad to make an inquiry regarding the domestic electricity connection whose application number is 1013373200. The matter concerns the injustice with a vulnerable lady belonging to the oppressed section. It is noticeable that electricity connection by the department has been provided to sister in-law whose name is Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad and the applicant is still deprived of the electricity connection. Right to reason is an indispensable part of the sound administrative system so it is the obligatory duty of concerned accountable staff of the Department of electricity to provide the reason for not providing the electricity connection to the applicant. Whether the partial treatment with the vulnerable lady is not the violation of human rights of the Lady?
Article 14 treats all people the same in the eyes of the law. This provision states that all citizens will be treated equally before the law. The law of the country protects everybody equally. Under the same circumstances, the law will treat people in the same manner. This article prohibits discrimination in any manner.
Whether the act of the personnel of the department is not a violation of Article 14 of the constitution of India in respect to the vulnerable lady. This is a humble request of the applicant to take a step to provide justice to the vulnerable lady which is the motive of the government of Uttar Pradesh under the regime of Yogi Adityanath.

The matter concerns the working of the executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd district-Mirzapur, PIN code 231001. The matter concerns the injustice with a vulnerable lady belonging to the oppressed section.
It is noticeable that electricity connection by the department has been provided to my sister in-law whose name is Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad and the applicant is still deprived of the electricity connection. Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system so it is the obligatory duty of the concerned accountable staff of the Department of electricity to provide the reason of not providing the electricity connection to the applicant.

This application was submitted before the Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited on 8th June 2023 with the payment of Rs.50 as application fee for the connection quite obvious from the first page of the attached pdf document to this grievance.
The short submissions of the applicant in the matter is as follows.
1- Executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mr Rajesh Kumar must disclose the cause of partial treatment to the vulnerable lady.
2- Scan copy of the application paper, individual bond paper, affidavit of the aggrieved applicant and revenue record are attached as the page 2,3, 4 and 5 to the attached documents of the grievance.
3- Whether the partial treatment with the vulnerable lady is not the violation of the human rights of the Lady?
