An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh to make enquiry regarding the set up and findings of committee to look into irregularity in registration of plots and its allocation to beneficiaries. Report submitted by the Tehsildar Vivek Kumar Shukla on 31/05/2022 of L.D.A. is the same parrot report as submitted earlier by various staff of L.D.A. For more details, vide attached document to the grievance.
Undoubtedly the matter concerns the deep-rooted corruption and the concerned staff of the Lucknow development authority are procrastinating on the matter for many years and such reports are the integral part of their corrupt and mysterious dealings. Two years have passed till the formation of the committee to take action in the matter but still no action has been taken by the committee. Whether it is not procrastination and showing the ulterior design of the public authority. They themselves are accepting the fact that they have told repeatedly to the complainant that a committee has been formed and they are taking action in the matter but in this way they have passed many years whether it reflects the transparency and accountability in the working of the public authority Lucknow development authority? Whether it reflects the characteristic of an anti-corruption government as claimed by the accountable public functionaries of the Government of Uttar Pradesh?

This R.T.I. communique is submitted by Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh who is the claimant of the plot of the land quite obvious from the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006. In the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006 filed in the Lucknow bench of the High court of Judicature at Allahabad filed by Anuradha Singh also named Guddi also named Aradhana Singh through her mother Beena Singh wife of Brijraj Singh also Beena Singh wife of Netrpal Singh. Whether in the same matter, to get remedy from various redressal bodies and get public aid by changing the name is not illegal?
In the aforementioned writ, Anuradha Singh was directed by the High court of judicature to seek civil remedy from competent authority by filing a title suit.
1-L.D.A. may provide the detail of title suit filed by multi-named lady Anuradha Singh in the record of L.D.A. Guddi Singh including the designation, name of the public staff who executed it with posting detail.
2-L.D.A. may provide the copy of the order passed by the competent court decided the title suit of the Anuradha Singh in the compliance of the High court order in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006.
3-L.D.A. may provide the detail of the posting of the staffs executed the registry of plots to allottees with designation and name so that accountability may be fixed.

Is it not ridiculous that the concerned staff of the Chief Minister office is saying that a report is attached but the factual position is that no report is attached to the grievance on the public grievance portal of the Government of India? Can it be claimed that there is good governance in the state of Uttar Pradesh as claimed by our political Masters time and again during the election before the print and electronic media? Think about the gravity of the situation without attaching the report on the public grievance portal of the Government of India they redressed the grievance. The matter concerns deep-rooted corruption and they are running away from submitting the report on the public grievance portal, quite obvious from their cryptic approach in dealing with the matter. How will corruption be curbed in Uttar Pradesh if the matter concerning the corruption will be put under carpet in such a mysterious and cryptic way?
