श्रीमान जी पूरे सुरेखा पुरम कॉलोनी में खुले तारों को केबल के द्वारा बदल दिया गया किंतु 40 मीटर खुला तार जोकि लक्ष्मी नारायण बैकुंठ महादेव मंदिर के ऊपर से होकर जाता है और एक घर बगल में है उसके ऊपर से होकर जाता है उसे बिजली विभाग के अवर अभियंता द्वारा छुड़वा दिया गया मामला रिश्वतखोरी से संबंधित है संबंधित कर्मचारियों द्वारा घर के ऊपर से तार हटाने के लिए ₹10000 का घुस मागा गया था उस समय 5000 एक व्यक्ति के द्वारा दिया गया अब दूसरे गृहस्वामी ने देने से इनकार कर दिया तो वह घुस कहां से दिया जाता उसी चीज की खुन्नस खाए हुए अवर अभियंता ने यह सोचकर वहां केवल नहीं बदला खुले तारों को नहीं हटाया केबल के द्वारा जिससे कि उनका ₹5000 जो तार हटाने के लिए एवज में दिया जाता है वह मिल जाए क्योंकि दिया गया ₹5000 कम था किंतु जब खुला तार हटाने की बात ही नहीं जब केबल के द्वारा खुले तार को प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया गया तो कम से कम केबल तो लगा देते किंतु इतनी दूर का केबल इन्होंने रोक दिया महोदय इस समय विद्युत विभाग मिर्जापुर में भ्रष्टाचार अपने चरम पर है विरोध करने पर मनमाना अच्छा लगा कर शिकायत को बंद कर दिया जाता है जो कदापि उचित नहीं है

How can anyone be safe if the high voltage current flowing over the houses because of insensitivity of the accountable staff in the department?

The electric wire pulled from the top of the houses should be removed immediately, otherwise the department will be responsible for any casual accident. Vide attached document to the grievance showing the current situation which is inviting casualty because of open wires.

Nowadays the arbitrariness and tyranny is rampant in the working of the staff in the local office of the Purvanchal Vidyut vitran Nigam limited at district Mirzapur because of the corruption.

घरों के ऊपर से खींचे गए विद्युत तार को तुरंत हटाया जाए अन्यथा कोई भी आकस्मिक दुर्घटना हो सकती है उसके लिए जिम्मेदार विभाग होगा।

Sir, will the electricity department take the electric wire over the houses of the people, as it is being done forcefully, the labourers are working, if any accident happens, then who will be responsible, they are only worried about their bribe, not about the people.

महोदय क्या बिजली विभाग लोगों के घरों के ऊपर से बिजली का तार ले जाएगा जैसा कि जबरदस्ती किया जा रहा है मजदूर कार्य कर रहे हैं कोई दुर्घटना हो जाए तो कौन जिम्मेदार होगा इन्हें तो सिर्फ अपने घुस की चिंता है लोगों की कोई चिंता नहीं है

Everyone knows that their poles and wires are in such a dilapidated condition, the wires often break and fall on the ground, which sometimes causes huge casualties and the poles get rusted and get separated from the roots and hang with the help of wires.

सभी जानते हैं कि इनके पोल और तार कितनी जर्जर हालत में है तार अक्सर टूट कर जमीन पर गिरते हैं जिनसे कभी-कभी बहुत बड़ी कैजुअल्टी हो जाती है और खंभे जंग खाकर जड़ से अलग होकर तार के सहारे लटकते रहते हैं ‌।

After a long span of time a struggle ended, and junior engineer of the electricity distribution division second removed the open wire by the cable which was awaited for 4 years. Thanks to the god for changing their thinking pattern and of for time being they thought positively and changed the open wire by the cable. I was waiting for this very day when the god will change their mindset and they will remove the open wire by the cable, and they will correct the mistake which was done by them earlier. Our motive is good governance, but this object will be obtained if there will be transparency and accountability in government machinery which is feasible only when if our political masters and senior bureaucrats adopt path of honesty. Because of corruption in the Govt departments rule of law has been substituted by rule of anarchy and this rule of anarchy is promoted by our political masters and senior bureaucrats. Good governance is not an impossible task, but it requires dedication.
