It is quite obvious that The information seeker submitted this RTI application on 17th of April 2023 directorate of higher education . This application was forwarded to the concerned public information officer on 26th April 2023 quite obvious from the above status of the RTI application.
It is about 5 months passed and no information was made available by the concerned public information officer which is a mockery of the provisions of right to Information Act 2005.
Here it is quite obvious that concerned public information officer violated the subsection one of Section 7 of the right to Information Act 2005 so action must be taken against the public information officer. First appellate authority may direct the public information officer to provide the information to the information seeker as sought by the information seeker which is as follows.
The matter concerns appointment of permanent teachers and daily wage teachers as well as appointment of class 3 and 4 employees and temporary posting of class 3 and 4 employees in Kanhaiya Lal Basant Lal post graduate college in short K. B. P. G. Mirzapur. district Mirzapur.
Public information officer in the directorate of higher education Uttar Pradesh may provide the following information to the information seeker.
1-Public information officer may provide the list of permanent teachers in K.B.P.G. college Mirzapur.
2-Public information officer may provide the list of daily wage staff who have been appointed on the ground of honorarium provided by the government.
3-Public information officer may provide the list of adhoc posted teachers in the K.B.P.G. college Mirzapur.
4-Public information officer may provide the list of the teachers who were appointed daily wage staff but now active as the permanent teacher and date when they were made permanent.
5-Similar list may be provided by the public information officer in regard to the class 3 and 4 employees of the K.B.P.G. college Mirzapur as sought by the information seeker under point 1, 2, 3 and 4.
The information seeker requests the public information officer to provide the information point wise within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection one of section 7 of the right to information act 2005.
I expect that if there is transparency and accountability in the working of the department of higher education government of Uttar Pradesh then concerned public information officer will provide the aforementioned information point wise as sought by the information seeker.
