The matter concerns the working of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City which must be taken seriously as concerning with the wide public interest and against the spirit of the cleanly drive mission of our prime minister Mr Narendra Damodar Das Modi. Whether the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city has no time to visit the miserable condition of the residence of Surekapuram colony. Because of the mismanagement in the working of the municipality Mirzapur City the residents of Surekapuram colony are living a hellish life. Please resolve our problems with utmost priority which will be praised by us.
An application under Article 51 A of the Constitution of the India to make inquiry regarding to put broom in the lane of Surekapuram Colony as well as cleaning of the choked drainage. Think about the gravity of situation that because of the choked drainage, drainage water is entering into the houses of the dwellers of the Surekapuram colony. On the one side of his screen our public servants like prime minister and chief minister put broom on the roads before the media but on the other side of his screen, in one year drainage was not cleaned by the concerned staff of the municipality Mirzapur City which is a mockery of the law of land and mockery of the good governance as claimed by our chief minister and prime minister of India.

विषय-The matter concerns cleaning of the chocked drainage in Surekapuram colony, Sri Lakshmi Narayan Baikunth Mahadev Mandir, Rewa road District Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh. It is quite obvious that drainage water is sucking into the foundation of the houses located nearby causing spread of diseases to the people living in the area. This is a humble request of your applicant to you and Honourable sir to visit the affected area in the Surekapuram colony to be apprised of the fact so that truth may come to your knowledge. It seems so that cleanly drive mission of our great prime minister Mr Narendra Damodar das Modi takes its last breath when it enters into the gate of Surekapuram colony. There is no doubt that our motive is good governance but where is good governance if the municipality Mirzapur City made the lives of the residents of Surekapuram colony hell. Here this question arises that who supervises the clean and sanitation campaign after government of Uttar Pradesh? Everyone knows that if dirty water of the drainage will be logged into drainage, then drainage will become safe haven for the mosquitoes which will increase alarmingly the number of mosquitoes in the Surekapuram colony. The applicant has made repeated representations regarding the increasing number of stray animals on the road, but no appropriate action was taken by the municipality Mirzapur City because of non-accountability and non-transparency in the working of the public authority municipality Mirzapur City. Undoubtedly the government is providing you huge emoluments of salary, but you are not performing your job with dedication which is the root cause of such problems being faced by the common people of the Surekapuram colony. I think that people are facing two core issues which must be resolved by the municipality Mirzapur City as the matter comes under its jurisdiction. 1-to fulfil the ambition of the cleanly drive mission of our prime minister comes under the ambit of municipality Mirzapur City and 2-this mission will not complete unless the number of stray animals on the roads will decrease.
