Most respected first appellate authority of the Department of energy should take a glance of the above status of the submitted application under subsection one of section 6 of the right to information act 2005.
It is quite obvious that the appellant submitted the application on the first July 2023 and it is 24th September 2023 today which means two months 24 days passed and the concerned public information officer did not provide the information to the appellant which is a mockery of the provisions of the right to information act 2005.
The crop of the Dayanand Singh S/O Shobhnath Singh was burnt on 18th April 2021 due to short circuit. The report was submitted by the concerned Lekhpal on 15th June 2021 which was forwarded by the Kanungo/ Revenue inspector on the 19th June 2021. Here it is quite obvious that the circular issued by the Uttar Pradesh Power corporation limited is of later date and there is too much time interval. How can Executive Engineer Electricity Distribution division II, Mr. Rajesh Kumar can do the retrospection by applying office memo of later date?
Why are public information officer not providing information to the information seeker is a matter of concern and showing that there is tacit understanding between a staff at the district label and the staff posted at the office of the secretariate?
Under subsection one obstruction 7 of the right to information act 2005, there is stipulated 30 days time to provide information to the information seeker and here two months 24 days passed which is showing the insolence of the public information officer to the provisions of right to information act 2005.
Whether justice can be expected from the public staff in this largest democracy in the world where anarchy is prevailed throughout the system. It seems that rule of law has been substituted by the rule of anarchy in the state of Uttar Pradesh otherwise public information officer had not to violate the subsection one of section 7 of the right to information act 2005.

1-महोदय उत्तर प्रदेश पावर कारपोरेशन का उपरोक्त कार्यालय मेमो 25 सितंबर 2021 को आया जबकि दयानंद की फसल 18 अप्रैल 2021 को जली उस समय यह ऑफिस मेमो अस्तित्व में नहीं था फिर अधिशासी अभियंता विद्युत वितरण खंड द्वितीय श्री राजेश कुमार किस शासनादेश के आधार पर दयानंद सिंह से एफ आई आर की कॉपी मांग सकते हैं क्योंकि उस समय तो ऐसा कोई शासनादेश नहीं था क्योंकि उपरोक्त कार्यालय मेमो की तिथि 25 सितंबर 2021 है
2-अपर मुख्य सचिव/प्रमुख सचिव/सचिव -ऊर्जा विभाग उस शासनादेश या परिपत्र की प्रतिलिपि उपलब्ध कराएं जिसके आधार पर उन्होंने कार्यालय मेमो के सिंहावलोकन की अनुमति दी
3-जन सूचना अधिकारी मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय उस दिशा निर्देश की प्रतिलिपि उपलब्ध कराएं जिसके अनुसार कोई अधिकारी या कर्मचारी विभाग द्वारा जारी किए गए शासनादेशों परिपत्रों का सिंहावलोकन कर सकता है जैसा कि अधिशासी अभियंता विद्युत वितरण खंड द्वितीय मिर्जापुर द्वारा किया गया और उसको मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय ने स्वीकार किया
