* Prayer or Relief Sought Honourable Sir, provided information by the public information officer belongs to different matter. In this matter opposite party assaulted us and pressurized to leave the village. This representation is the PDF attachment of the email sent by office of Honourable president of India to chief secretary of state of Uttar Pradesh. The description of the email is given as follows. Misleading information provided by PIO is attached to RTI application in PDF form by the PIO. Here public information officer had to provide the information to the information seeker regarding the processing and action taken by the police on the representation of the information seeker sent to president of India which was forwarded to the Secretary of State and office of the Secretary of State forwarded it to the department of home for the action as appropriate. Following is the email sent to office of chief secretary.

It is quite obvious from the communication of the chief secretary office addressed to the PIO department of home dated 07 July 2022, Email of president secretariat forwarded by office of chief secretary to principal secretary home on 23 June 2022 and RTI request on 8 July 2022.
1-Name and designation of the staff processing such emails in the office of chief secretary in the government of Uttar Pradesh.
2-Provide the mechanism to process the communication forwarded by the office of His excellency.
3-Provide the action taken report on the trail mail of the information seeker forwarded by the office of His excellency.
4-Since the matter concerns deep rooted corruption, lawlessness and anarchy so before disposing of the grievance, concerned mandate must invite arguments of information seeker before filing the matter arbitrarily consequently if any such facility available, you should provide feedback
