विषय-एफ.आई.आर. दर्ज कराने हेतु। शार्ट-सर्किट से गेहूं की फसल जलने के मामले में।
आवेदक दयानंद सिंह पुत्र शोभनाथ सिंह की फसल 18 अप्रैल 2021 को शॉर्ट सर्किट के कारण जल गई थी। संबंधित लेखपाल द्वारा 15 जून 2021 को रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की गई जिसे कानूनगो द्वारा 19 जून 2021 को आवेदक को मुआवजा प्रदान करने हेतु अधिशाषी अभियंता ईडीडी द्वितीय मीरजापुर को भेज दिया गया। माननीय महोदय तहसील सदर की संलग्न रिपोर्ट पर दृष्टि डालने की कृपा करें।
तीन बिंदुओं का सहारा लेकर उत्तर प्रदेश पावर कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड के स्थानीय कार्यालय में मुआवजा लंबित है।
1-अभियंता ईडीडी द्वितीय मीरजापुर द्वारा एफ.आई.आर. की प्रति मांगी जा रही है जो मामले में दर्ज किया गया.
2-तहसील सदर द्वारा की गई संस्तुति में तहसील सदर का हस्ताक्षर शामिल नहीं था।
3-विद्युत दुर्घटना के पीड़ित दयानंद सिंह पुत्र स्वर्गीय शोभ नाथ सिंह, ग्राम-नीबी गहरवार, पोस्ट-नीबी गहरवार, तहसील-सदर, जिला-मिर्जापुर, पिन कोड-231303 के बैंक पासबुक की प्रतिलिपि।
चूंकि कार्यकारी अभियंता ईडीडी द्वितीय ने तहसील सदर की रिपोर्ट पर समय पर कार्रवाई नहीं की, इसलिए यूपीपीसीएल ने 25 सितंबर 2021 को कार्यालय ज्ञापन पारित किया, जिसमें एफ.आई.आर. दर्ज कराना विद्युत दुर्घटनाओं में मुआवजा प्राप्त करने के लिए अनिवार्य। अब एफ.आई.आर. मुआवजे के मामले में अनिवार्य है.
कृपया थाना अध्यक्ष विंध्याचल मामले में एफ.आई.आर. दर्ज करें। ताकि आवेदक को उत्तर प्रदेश पावर कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड से प्रार्थी को मुआवजा मिल सके।

Subject-To register F.I.R. in the matter concerning burning of wheat crop due to Short-circuit.
The crop of the applicant Dayanand Singh son of Shobhnath Singh was burnt on 18th April 2021 due to short circuit. The report submitted by the concerned Lekhpal on 15th June 2021 which was forwarded by the Kanungo on the 19th of June 2021 to executive engineer EDD II Mirzapur to provide compensation to the applicant. The Honourable Sir may be pleased to take a glance of the attached report of tehsil Sadar.
The compensation is pending before the local office of the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited by taking the recourse of three points.
1-Engineer EDD II Mirzapur seeking copy of the F.I.R. registered in the matter.
2-Recommendation made by Tehsil Sadar did not contain the initial of the Tehsil Sadar.
3-Copy of the Bank passbook of the victim of electrical accident Dayanand Singh son of Late Shobh Nath Singh, Village-Nibi Gaharwar, Post-Nibi Gaharwar, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231303.
Since executive engineer EDD II did not take timely action on report of Tehsil Sadar so UPPCL passed office memo on 25 Sept 2021which made F.I.R. compulsory in the matter compensation in electrical accidents. Now F.I.R. is mandatory in case of compensation.
Please register F.I.R. in the matter so that the applicant may get the compensation from the Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited.
