Grievance Description
The applicant Ashok Kumar Maurya submits complaint against third grade, bogus, inconsistent and arbitrary report of tehsildar sadar in grabbing of land.
I expect that Tehsildar Sadar may adopt cogent approach to redress the grievances to avoid multiple submissions of grievances because of his non-logistic approach and dereliction of duty. Vide attached
Whether it reflects good governance that the matter may be considered redressed without sending it to the concerned mandate. Think about the comment made by the concerned staff who redressed the grievance that it seems that the matter concerns department of revenue not with general administration and on this ground grievance has been redressed which reflects lawlessness in the government machinery. Please provide the detail of the random cross checking if made by any of the following officers in regard to the revenue village Bihasara Khurd, Tehsil Sadar, District-Mirzapur.
1-sub divisional magistrate Sadar.
2-chief revenue officer Mirzapur
3-district magistrate Mirzapur.
Here the matter concerns the grabbing of the government land by the muscle men in the village panchayat by colluding with the staff of the Tehsil Sadar and in order to prove its claim the applicant is seeking the current measurement of the public land.
This public land is left for the facility of the villagers not for cryptic dealings done by staff of Tehsil who have sold it to land grabbers who are blocking the movement of common people on this public land.
Section 122 B of The U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act has been teeth less because of the corruption prevailing in the working of the concerned public staff. Arbitrary reports are being submitted on the jansunwai portal by Lekhpal Kanhaiyalal instead of taking action against offenders under subsection 1 of section 122 B of The U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act . Sir, the case is pending since 2017, which is related to the encroachment of government property by bullies. Sir, government property is being sold by Tehsil employees by manipulating government documents among the people of the village who are vicious.

The applicant is not satisfied with the report submitted by Tehsildar Sadar in the aforementioned matter. Here the matter is crystal clear that the applicant wants the entire land of gram panchayat must vacated by the land grabbers. Such lands are left by the government for ponds, gardens, extracurricular activities of children so it must not be grabbed by the Land mafia. It is quite obvious that lekhpal Kanhaiya Lal and revenue inspector of the area and tehsildar Sadar are misleading the applicant through their arbitrary and inconsistent reports submitted on the jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and public grievance portal of the Government of India. It is quite obvious from the raised matter, the matter concerns the grabbing of the entire public property/land in the village panchayat but it is being concealed because of its corrupt dealings. Concerned staff of the tehsil Sadar are only procrastinating on the matter which is promoting corruption in the working of the sub divisional magistrate Sadar. Not a single point in the report of the Lekhpal Kanhaiya Lal is consistent with the contents of the submitted grievance of the applicant. Such activities are only promoting corruption in the government and decreasing the faith of the common people in the government machinery which must curbed to make the system credible.
