सोचिए उपखंड अधिकारी जंगी रोड मिर्जापुर को जब शिकायत ही नहीं समझ में आया तो वह निस्तारण क्या करेंगे उन्हें मालूम होना चाहिए कि प्रकरण का संबंध लक्ष्मीनारायण बैकुंठ महादेव मंदिर के ऊपर से जा रहे 40 मीटर खुले तारों को केबल से बदलने के संबंध में है किंतु उनकी रिपोर्ट से स्पष्ट है कि उन्हें शिकायत समझ में ही नहीं आई निस्तारण आख्या क्या प्रस्तुत करेंगे मंदिर में रिनोवेशन का कार्य हो रहा है मजदूर लगे हुए हैं कोई दुर्घटना हो जाए तो उसके लिए जिम्मेदार कौन होगा उपखंड अधिकारी महोदय को सोचना चाहिए
How can following report be submitted by the sub divisional officer Jangi road electricity distribution division second Mirzapur in the following matter? Here the matter concerns open wire stretched between the two poles passing over the Sri Lakshmi Narayan Baikunth Mahadev Mandir which has not been replaced by the cable still. The following is the arbitrary and inconsistent report submitted by the sub divisional officer Jangi road Mirzapur.

उपरोक्त विषयक प्रार्थी श्री महेश प्रताप सिंह, निवासी- सुरेखापुरम् कालोनी मीरजापुर द्वारा शिकायत किया गया है जिसका आवेदन सं0-60000230128398 है। सम्बन्धित क्षेत्र के अवर अभियन्ता 33/11 के०वी० विद्युत उपकेन्द्र जंगीरोड मीरजापुर द्वारा मौके का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर पत्र के माध्यम से यह अवगत कराया गया है, कि लगभग 10 घरों में विद्युत संयोजन जो पूर्व के निर्गत हुए है, वो तार लटकते एवं झुलते हुए स्थिति में है जिसके सापेक्ष में 02 खम्भों का प्राक्कलन बिजनेस प्लान में भेजा गया है स्वीकृत होते ही कार्य सम्पादित करा दिया जायेगा ।

विषय-How can anyone be safe if the high voltage current flowing over the houses because of insensitivity of the accountable staff in the department? The electric wire pulled from the top of the houses should be removed immediately, otherwise the department will be responsible for any casual accident. Vide attached document to the grievance showing the current situation which is inviting casualty because of open wires. Nowadays the arbitrariness and tyranny is rampant in the working of the staff in the local office of the Purvanchal Vidyut vitran Nigam limited at district Mirzapur because of the corruption.
Sir, will the electricity department take the electric wire over the houses of the people, as it is being done forcefully, the labourers are working, if any accident happens, then who will be responsible, they are only worried about their bribe, not about the people.
Everyone knows that their poles and wires are in such a dilapidated condition, the wires often break and fall on the ground, which sometimes causes huge casualties and the poles get rusted and get separated from the roots and hang with the help of wires.
Here the question raised does not concern removal of the open wire only but also concerns with deep-rooted corruption, arbitrariness and tyranny in the working of the public authority Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited. Since last year, in various communications, subordinates of executive engineer EDD II informed the applicant that as soon as revamp will commence, the open wire will be removed but right now newly posted executive engineer denied removing the 40 metres open wire which is not only illegal but against setup standards of dealings prescribed to staff.

Singhविषय-An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to make enquiry regarding the working of sub divisional officer, Jangi Road working under supervision of Executive engineer EDD II , Fataha Dstrict-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231001. 20 electricity connections given from one pole through pole of telephone and buttons of bamboo and these connection wires are so loose to tough the earth may cause accident if cut at any point. Sir, your sub-divisional officer, Jangi Road, bypasses all the rules and moves forward with his work style, but it is not expected from him that any accident happens due to his work style. महोदय आपके उपखंड अधिकारी जंगी रोड सभी नियमों को दरकिनार करके अपनी कार्यशैली को आगे तो बढ़ाते ही हैं किंतु यह अपेक्षा नहीं की जाती है उनसे कि उनकी कार्यशैली से कोई दुर्घटना हो जाए। Sir, some photographs have been attached with this complaint, please have a look at those photographs. 20 connections have been drawn from the pole with the transformer, all those wires are hanging in such a way that they may cause any accident, the telephone pole and with the help of the baton of bamboo the connection is given by your sub-divisional officer. Till date, sub divisional officer has not been able to make such arrangements that they would have given two poles and wires, so that 20 connections would have been systematic. महोदय इस शिकायत के साथ कुछ फोटोग्राफ्स अटैच किया गया है कृपया उन फोटोग्राफ्स का अवलोकन करें। ट्रांसफार्मर वाले खंभे से 20 कनेक्शन खींचा गया है वे सभी तार इस तरह लटक रहे हैं कि उनसे कोई भी दुर्घटना हो सकती है , टेलीफोन का खंभा और बॉस की बल्ली के मदद से आपके उपखंड अधिकारी द्वारा दिया गया है। आज तक इनके पास इतनी व्यवस्था नहीं हो पाई कि यह दो खंभा दे देते और तार दे देते जिससे 20 कनेक्शन सिस्टमैटिक हो जाते Sir, have these electricity connections been given by your subdivision officer Jangi Road without taking any money. If it is not so, then why are they neglected and why are the wires of the electrical connection loose and touching the ground. The Sub-Divisional Officer should tell the applicant that how much electricity connection can be taken from a pole, how much is the prescribed standard, provide a copy of the standard. महोदय क्या आपके उपखंड अधिकारी जंगी रोड द्वारा इन विद्युत कनेक्शनों को बिना पैसे लिए ही दिया गया है। यदि ऐसा नहीं है तो इनकी उपेक्षा क्यों और विद्युत कनेक्शन के तार ढीले होकर जमीन को क्यों टच कर रहे हैं। उपखंड अधिकारी प्रार्थी को यह बताएं कि एक खंभे से कितना विद्युत कनेक्शन लिया जा सकता है कितना निर्धारित मानक है मानक की प्रतिलिपि उपलब्ध कराएं ।
