Grievance Description
The matter concerns the department of Namami Gange, Government of Uttar Pradesh District-Mirzapur for enquiry in developmental activities carried out concerning sewage work in Surekapuram colony.
Whether it is not true that government commenced the digging the roads of Mohalla -Surekapuram in the beginning of the month of April 2022 and it is the month of September 2022 but no signal of the completion of work and dwellers of the Surekapuram colony are confined to live in their houses if it rains. This project is being carried out by a service providing company named Infracon working under the monitoring of department Namami Gange specifically formed by the government of Uttar Pradesh for such purposes. There is no transparency and accountability in the working of this department of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Both the working and monitoring body are indulged in corrupt activities and wasting the money of the public exchequer.
The Concerned working body is not pursuing the setup norms of the government and providing third grade services, but they have taken the monitoring body in good faith quite obviously from their cryptic working style. Repeated complaints are being made against their arbitrariness and tyranny but the entire R.T.I. requests and complaints have been unproductive because of the rampant corruption in the government of Uttar Pradesh.
Whether the grievances will be redressed by the concerned staff of the municipality Mirzapur City by sitting in the chair of the office which is quite of yes from the arbitrary report submitted by them. Here the core issue is to cover the drainage by the lids, but it was not done by them and whether concerned staff will submit the affidavit in this regard. It is the obligatory duty of the concerned accountable public functionary to make enquiry to the local people in the Surekha Puram colony so that fact may come to the light. It is a grave question that when problems are still as it is, then how can grievances be grievances considered disposed of? यह एक गंभीर प्रश्न है कि जब समस्याएं जस की तस हैं, तो शिकायतों का निपटारा कैसे किया जा सकता है? The matter concerns the mismanagement of a department named as Namami Gange District-Mirzapur. Jal Nigam water corporation-initiated sewage work in the first week of April 2022 and now it is 04 September 2022 which means it is the fifth month about to be spent by Jal Nigam. It is quite obvious that accountable public functionaries of the department concerned never thought about the convenience of the dwellers of the Sureka Puram. They have made our lives hell quite obvious from the attached photographs to the grievance. Namami Gange has imprisoned us in our houses ipso facto from over spread mud and drainage water on the roads. No one can visit us and we cannot go outside to buy household things. Children cannot attend their schools regularly. In short, they have made us so vulnerable that we can only pray to God as no ray hopes to get rid of this hell.

I think that action must be taken against E.O. Municipality Mirzapur city who made the lives of residents of Surekapuram Colony hell. E.O. has also blocked the work of sewerage quite obvious from the report. E.O. of municipality Mirzapur city is only promoting corruption and amassing huge wealth which is root cause of his pride. Such staff have their influences at higher level so common people feel fear with them.
