Here police have submitted arbitrary and inconsistent reports in the matter quite obvious from the report.
महोदय यह सच है कि पुलिस की तरह हमारे परिवार में कोई अमर्यादित और असंसदीय भाषा का प्रयोग नहीं करता किंतु यह भी सच है कि प्रार्थीनी के परिवार मै कोई ऐसा परिवार का सदस्य नहीं है जो उप निरीक्षक महोदय से कम पढ़ा लिखा हो सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात है कि प्रार्थीनी के पति खुद शिक्षा विभाग में अधिकारी के पद पर थे और वहां से रिटायर हुए हैं ऐसे में क्या प्रार्थीनी यह नहीं समझती की उप निरीक्षक द्वारा जो आख्या लगाई जा रही है वह कितना गुणवत्तापूर्ण है इसका आकलन तो प्रार्थी के पति द्वारा आसानी से कर लिया जाता है ऐसे में यदि उप निरीक्षक महोदय सिर्फ पुलिसिया धमकी और अपनी अमर्यादित कार्यशैली का दबाव बनाकर प्रार्थिनी के सज्जनता का लाभ उठा लेंगे तो ऐसा संभव नहीं है क्योंकि यहां कोई भी इस परिवार में ऐसा नहीं है जो शिक्षा के दृष्टि से उप निरीक्षक महोदय से कम पढ़ा लिखा हो और परिस्थितियों को न समझता हो धमकी वहां पर दी जाती है जहां पर लोग धमकी से डर जाते हैं हम लोगों को तो यही बुरा लग रहा है कि हमारे निजी रास्ते को पुलिसिया जबरदस्ती से कब्जा करवा दिया गया और हम लोगों को कृष्णा नगर थाने में बंधक बनाकर रखा गया था उस समय जिस समय वह रास्ता कब्जा किया जा रहा था
महोदय बहुत ही आश्चर्य है कि पुलिस उप निरीक्षक अर्जुन सिंह को प्रार्थिनी की बात समझ में नहीं आ रहा है प्रार्थिनी का यह कहना है कि विपक्षी गणों द्वारा जो प्रार्थिनी के निजी रास्ते पर कब्जा किया गया है वह पुलिस के सहयोग से किया गया है प्रार्थिनी मामले में जांच की मांग कर रही है ना कि इस ढंग से कब्जा हटवाने के लिए प्रार्थिनी तो शुरू से ही कह रही है कि विपक्षी गणों द्वारा संबंधित राजस्व विभाग से आदेश प्राप्त कर कब्जा किया जाए किंतु कृष्णा नगर के जिम्मेदार पुलिस अधिकारी गण संबंधित चौकी के अधिकारी पुलिस अधिकारी मनमाना करने से कहां बाज आते हैं अब जब कब्जा करा दिए हैं तो हमें सलाह दे रहे हैं कि हम राजस्व विभाग के शरण में जाय अरे यही सलाह विपक्षियों को देना चाहिए था इन्हें प्रार्थना पत्र तो समझ में आती नहीं है अब कह रहे हैं प्रार्थिनी कह रही है कि प्रार्थिनी प्रार्थना पत्र न्याय वास्ते देती रहेगी जी हां हम प्रार्थना पत्र देते रहेंगे जब तक प्रार्थना पत्र का गुण दोष के आधार पर निस्तारण नहीं किया जाता और उप निरीक्षक अर्जुन सिंह मनमानी आंख्या लगाकर प्रार्थना पत्र का निस्तारण करेंगे तो प्रार्थना पत्र का निस्तारण कैसे होगा अरे एक भी इनकी आख्या प्रश्न गत प्रकरण से संबंधित हो तो बताएं मैं भी यही कह रहा हूं कि पुलिस को मामले में दखलअंदाजी नहीं करनी चाहिए थी क्योंकि पुलिस कोई अधिकार ही नहीं है लेकिन पुलिस क्या बात थी कौन सी ऐसी विपक्षियों ने उनकी मांगे पूरी कर दी कि उन्होंने जबरदस्ती प्रार्थिनी के रोड को कब्जा करवा दिया
यहां प्रार्थिनी के रोड को कब्ज़ा पुलिस द्वारा करवाया गया है इसलिए उपनिरीक्षक के बजाय सक्षम अधिकारी से पुलिस के भ्र्ष्ट रोले की जांच होनी चाहिए यही प्रार्थी की मांग है इस पर निर्णय होना चाहिए जो उपनिरीक्षक का अधिकार क्षेत्र नहीं है ]

The matter concerns the private road of the applicant which is not only being used by the opposition but also they grabbed some part of it by taking help of the concerned police. Police must maintain the earlier status quo which was before the grabbing of the land. The grabbing of land took place with the support of police. Police support opposition to grab the land and if aggrieved submitted complaint against illegal stand of the police then police is alleging harassment. Sir, the situation is very critical, the case is related to the grabbing of the land of the applicant by the police in connivance with the land mafia, but the complaint of the applicant is closed by the police with blind eyes, which is not justified in any way.
महोदय स्थितियां बहुत विकट है प्रकरण का संबंध पुलिस द्वारा भूमाफिया से सांठगांठ करके प्रार्थिनी की जमीन को कब्जा करवाने से संबंधित है किंतु पुलिस द्वारा उलूल जुलूल आंख्या लगाकर प्रार्थिनी के शिकायत को बंद कर दिया जाता है जो किसी भी तरह से न्यायोचित नहीं है।
Sir, our great Chief Minister declares from the public platform that his first goal is to take action against the land mafia, but if the police continues to carry out its activities against the land mafia in the same way, then what to say about controlling the land mafia. महोदय हमारे महान मुख्यमंत्री जी सार्वजनिक प्लेटफार्म से घोषणा करते हैं कि उनका पहला लक्ष्य भू माफिया के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही का है किंतु पुलिस भू माफिया के विरुद्ध इसी तरह से अपनी गतिविधियों को अंजाम देता रहा तो भूमाफिया पर नियंत्रण करने की बात क्या कहें चारों तरफ भूमाफिया का ही राज दिखाई पड़ेगा।
Sir, the matter is related to the working style of the Commissioner of Police, Lucknow. It seems that in our capital, Lucknow, the police has arbitrarily ramified its working style by colluding with the land mafia, due to which no action is possible against the land mafia, because the honorable police Commissioner does not want to take cognizance of the activities of the Krishna Nagar Police Station and the related police post, in which they are taking possession of the land in connivance with the land mafia.
महोदय प्रकरण का संबंध पुलिस आयुक्त लखनऊ की कार्यशैली से है ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि हमारी राजधानी लखनऊ में पुलिस मनमाने तरीके से भूमाफिया से सांठगांठ करके अपने कार्य शैली का विस्तार किया है इस कारण भू माफिया के विरुद्ध एक भी कार्यवाही संभव नहीं है क्योंकि माननीय पुलिस कमिश्नर महोदय कृष्णा नगर पुलिस स्टेशन और संबंधित चौकी की गतिविधियों जिसमें वे लोग भूमाफिया से सांठगांठ करके जमीन कब्जा करा रहे हैं संज्ञान ही नहीं लेना चाहती है
