Grievance Description
The matter concerns stray cattle wandering on the streets of Mirzapur because of corruption and mismanagement in the district administration quite obvious from the attached photographs with the grievance submitted under Article 51 A of the constitution of India.
Herds of herds of stray cattle are roaming on the streets and roads of Mirzapur, a simple and straight example of which is a herd of these cattle in front of my house, whose picture is attached in PDF file with this complaint, please see the attachments and issue appropriate guidelines.

Sir, it seems that the employees of Mirzapur Nagar Palika Parishad have become negligent towards the discharge of their responsibilities. This negligence itself is reflected in their working style. The most important thing is that all the complaints made on the CPGRAM portal are disposed of by ad hoc staff of the municipality. Category of employees perform such key responsibility that means there is a complete lack of accountability in Nagar Palika Parishad Mirzapur City and here mainly there is lack of transparency and accountability in their working style for the mismanagement of municipality Mirzapur City.
महोदय ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि मिर्जापुर नगर पालिका परिषद के कर्मचारी अपने दायित्वों के निर्वहन के प्रति लापरवाह हो चुके हैं यह लापरवाही खुद ही उनकी कार्यशैली में परिलक्षित होते हैं सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है की जितनी भी शिकायतें सीपीग्राम पोर्टल पर की जाती हैं उनका निस्तारण नगरपालिका के तदर्थ श्रेणी के कर्मचारी करते हैं अर्थात नगर पालिका परिषद मिर्जापुर सिटी में जवाबदेही का पूर्ण रूप से अभाव है और यहां के कुप्रबंधन के लिए मुख्य रूप से इनके कार्यशैली में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही का अभाव होना ही है
Sir, now even the deadline given by our Chief Minister Honourable Yogi Adityanath ji has also expired, still why there is crowd of stray animals on the roads, sir, when this reason is not taken care of, then the crowd will always remain, it is known to all that a huge fund has been given by the Uttar Pradesh government for the maintenance of stray animals, but everyone knows that there is a huge rigging in the use of that government fund, that is why all the arrangements are incomplete, at some places the arrangements are only on paper. All the money has been given and all the money has been stolen by the concerned people, in such a situation, where will the system come from, until no strict action is taken against the corruption, this type of mismanagement will continue unabated.
महोदय अब तो हमारे मुख्यमंत्री माननीय योगी आदित्यनाथ जी के द्वारा दी गई डेडलाइन भी समाप्त हो चुकी है फिर भी सड़कों पर आवारा पशुओं की भीड़ क्यों है महोदय जब यही ध्यान नहीं दिया जाएगा कि इसका कारण क्या है तो भीड़ हमेशा बनी रहेगी यह सभी जानते हैं कि उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा बहुत बड़ा फंड आवारा पशुओं के रखरखाव के लिए दिया गया है किंतु सभी जानते हैं कि उस सरकारी फंड का यूज करने में बहुत बड़ी धांधली हुई है यही कारण है कि सभी व्यवस्थाएं अधूरी है कहीं-कहीं तो व्यवस्थाएं सिर्फ कागज पर दी गई हैं और सारा पैसा संबंधित लोग डकार गए ऐसे में व्यवस्था कहां से आएगी भ्रष्टाचार पर जब तक कोई कठोर कार्यवाही नहीं की जाएगी इस ढंग का कुप्रबंधन अनवरत जारी रहेगा
