* Prayer or Relief Sought It is quite obvious that nodal officer of the Public Authority-Urban Development Department is it adopting a lackadaisical approach in dealing with the RTI applications online received on the portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Everyone knows that because of the corruption public authority does not want to provide information to the information seekers as they know that if the information will come into the public domain then they will be exposed in the public as their corruption will be naked before the public. It is quite obvious that the information seeker submitted the RTI application on the 6th June 2023 but the most unfortunate thing is that nodal officer did not forward it to the concerned public information officer under sub Section 3 of the section 6 of the right to Information Act 2005 which is a mockery of the provisions of the right to Information Act 2005 and is reflecting rampant corruption in the working of the public authority. Here it is quite obvious that because of corruption in the working of the public authority there is no transparency and accountability in the working of the public authority. It is easy to say on the public platform that I am honest but for honesty there must be transparency and accountability in the working and here it is obvious that there is no transparency and accountability in the working because concerned are not interested in providing the information to the information seeker concerning the development work took place in the department. Either no work of development took place or there is corruption in the developmental activities carried out by the department. It is submitted before the Honourable Sir the information seeker sought the following information from the public information officer which is still pending in the office of the concerned public authority. 

1-PIO may provide the information of total development fund provided by the government to Sangmohal ward year wise for the current five years term. 

2-PIO may provide the project details executed by the municipality Mirzapur city through the aforementioned funds as required under point one. 

3-PIO may provide the estimates and invoices regarding the projects as sought under point two by the information seeker. 

4-Please provide the information regarding voluntary disclosure of information by the municipality Mirzapur city as required under subsection 1b of section 4 of the right to information act 2005. As far as my knowledge is concerned, you did not provide single information under the aforementioned section of the right to information act 2005.
