Grievance Description
An enquiry under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to safeguard the public properties.
The matter concerns the working of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City so the matter must be forwarded to him for the proper disposal of the grievance.
Sir, the episode is related to the old vehicles bought by the Nagar Palika Parishad, Mirzapur City, which are lying in useless condition.
महोदय प्रकरण का संबंध नगर पालिका परिषद मिर्जापुर सिटी के द्वारा खरीदे गए पुराने गाड़ियों से है जो बेकार हालत में पड़ी हुई है
Sir, if these vehicles are auctioned on time, then they can get the right price, but after getting wet in the rain, their lacquer and paint will be blown away, they will be seen in a dilapidated condition due to rust, then their bidder who will be?
महोदय यदि इन गाड़ियों की समय से नीलामी कर दिया जाए तो इनकी सही कीमत मिल सकती है किंतु इन्हें बरसात में भिगो भिगो के इनके रोगन और पेंट को उड़ा दिया जाएगा जंग लग के एक टूटे-फूटे हालत में जर्जर दिखाई पड़ेंगे तो इनकी बोली लगाने वाला है कौन होगा
Sir, it is clear from the attached picture that some of these vehicles are in good condition, if they are repaired, they can come in use, so the department should get them repaired, which the responsible officials think cannot be used, auction them. Get it done in time and you will get the right price.
महोदय संलग्न चित्र से यह स्पष्ट है कि इनमें से कुछ गाड़ियां अच्छे कंडीशन में है यदि इनका मरम्मत करा दिया जाए तो यूज़ में आ सकते हैं इसलिए विभाग को चाहिए कि इनकी मरम्मत कराए , जिनको जिम्मेदार अधिकारी समझते हैं कि यूज में नहीं आ सकता उसकी नीलामी करा दें समय से तो उचित कीमत मिल जाएगी
Sir, in what time the vehicles which are not in use are auctioned, when was the last auction, is there any proposal for auction at this time?
महोदय जो गाड़ियां यूज़ में नहीं है उनका नीलामी कितने समय में कराया जाता है पिछली नीलामी के कब हुई थी क्या इस समय नीलामी का कोई प्रस्ताव है आपके समक्ष

महोदय क्या इस शिकायत को निस्तारण करने के लिए प्रभारी मुख्य सफाई निरीक्षक सक्षम है क्या उनकी आख्या के आधार पर इस शिकायत को निस्तारित मान लिया जाए जबकि इस शिकायत का संबंध सीधे-सीधे अधिशासी अधिकारी नगर पालिका परिषद मिर्जापुर से हैजनसुनवाई संदर्भ संख्या: 60000230124679,दिनांक 24-06-2023,शिकायतकर्ता का नाम योगी एम०पी० सिंह,मो0नं0 7379105911.पता : मोहल्ला सुरेखा पुरम कॉलोनी श्री लक्ष्मी नारायण बैकुंठ महादेव मंदिर रीवा रोड, जिला मिर्जापुर।विषय- पुरानी गाड़ियों / पुराने वाहन के सम्बन्धअधिशासी अधिकारी महोदय,नगर पालिका परिषद, मीरजापुर।कृपया उपर्युक्त जनसुनवाई का संदर्भ ग्रहण करने का कष्ट करें। उक्त शिकायत के निस्तारण कम में जोनल परिवहन प्रभारी द्वारा अवगत कराया गया है कि नगर पालिका परिषद, मीरजापुर के द्वारा जनहित में प्रयुक्त वाहनों के परिचालन एवम् अनुरक्षण में नियमानुसार कार्यवाही की जाती है। जिन वाहनों के मरम्मत की आवश्यकता होती है, उनकी मरम्मत करा दी जाती है। जी वाहन निष्प्रयोज्य हो गये हैं, उनके सम्बन्ध में सक्षम स्तर से निर्णय लेकर कार्यवाही की जायेगी।अतः उपरोक्त शिकायत को निक्षेपित करने का कष्ट करें।प्रभारी मुख्य सफाई निरीक्षक, नगरपालिका परिषद, मीरजापुर।
