Bank : State Bank of India

Branch / Name of Bank and Branch : City branch Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh

Please provide the cibil report of the applicant as soon as possible either through email or in anyway as you deem fit. I expect that you will adopt cogent approach to resolve my problem.

Whether it is not reflecting an anarchy that month after month is passing over but the State Bank of India did not provide CIBIL report to the applicant even after the payment of requisite fee to the State Bank of India through internet banking which status is attached to the grievance.

The reply of the state bank of India is as follows. We have to state that we have escalated your issue to our IT /INB support team CBD Belapur Mumbai for needful action at their end सादर / Regards Assistant General Manager State Bank Of India

Sir, there is no cibil score and cibil report but there is little change in the status that it is showing transaction is successful. Which means State Bank of India is saying that I have payment of Rs. 440 for cibil report but still there is no cibil report.

The matter concerns deep-rooted corruption in the working of state bank of India and department of income tax.How can they overlook the matter in such a negligent way. Grievance Status for registration number : DEABD/E/2023/0026488

State Bank of India must provide the mechanism to provide the CIBIL report after the payment of the requisite fee. The arbitrary and parrot reports which are usually provided by the corrupt staff always promote corruption in the working of the public authority therefore there must be transparency and accountability in the working of the public authority in accessing the services of the bank.

Now it is the obligated duty of the State Bank of India to provide the deadline up till it will provide me with my CIBIL report. It is a burning question that why the State Bank of India is running away from providing my CIBIL report after the due payment of the fee required to get the excess of the CIBIL report.
