देश में सहकारिता आंदोलन को सशक्त करने और सहकारी समितियों के सदस्यों के हितों की रक्षा के लिए सहकारिता मंत्रालय ने अपनी स्थापना के पश्चात् अनेक पहलें की हैं ।
इन पहलों के एक हिस्से के रूप में और सहारा समूह की सहकारी समितियों के प्रामाणिक सदस्यों/ जमाकर्ताओं को उनकी वैध जमाराशियों के भुगतान की शिकायतों के समाधान के लिए सहकारिता मंत्रालय ने माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय में एक याचिका दायर की थी जिसपर माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय ने दिनांक 29.03.2023 के अपने आदेश के माध्यम से सहारा समूह की सहकारी समितियों के प्रामाणिक जमाकर्ताओं के वैध बकाया के संवितरण के लिए “सहारा-सेबी रीफंड खाता” से 5000 करोड़ रुपए को सहकारी समितियों के केन्द्रीय पंजीयक (सीआरसीएस) को अंतरित करने का निदेश दिया जो सर्वाधिक पारदर्शी रीति से और उचित पहचान पर एवं जमाकर्ता के पहचान और जमा के साक्ष्य तथा उनके दावों के साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करने पर सीधा उनके संबंधित बैंक खाते में जमा कराया जाएगा ।
तदनुसार, इस पोर्टल का विकास चार सहकारी समितियों, नामत: सहारा क्रेडिट कोऑपरेटिव सोसाइटी लि., सहारायन यूनिवर्सल मल्टीपर्पज़ सोसाइटी लि., हमारा इंडिया क्रेडिट कोऑपरेटिव सोसाइटी लि. और स्टार्स मल्टीपर्पज कोऑपरेटिव सोसाइटी लि. के प्रामाणिक जमाकर्ताओं के वैध दावों को प्रस्तुत करने के लिए किया गया है । यह पोर्टल उपयोगकर्ता अनुकूल, प्रभावशाली और पारदर्शी है और पूरी प्रक्रिया डिजिटल है । सहकारिता मंत्रालय की वेबसाइट https://cooperation.gov.in. के माध्यम से इस पोर्टल पर पहुंचा जा सकता है । इन समितियों के प्रामाणिक जमाकर्ता इस पोर्टल पर लॉगइन करके पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रपत्र को भरकर और अपेक्षित दस्तावेजों को अपलोड करके अपना दावा प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं । जमाकर्ताओं से अनुरोध है कि वे यह सुनिश्चित करें कि उनके पास अपने दावों और जमा के साक्ष्य के रूप में अपेक्षित दस्तावेज सहित आधार से जुड़ा मोबाइल नंबर और बैंक खाता है । आवेदन जमा करने के 30 दिनों के भीतर सहारा समूह की सहकारी समितियों द्वारा आवेदन का सत्यापन किया जाएगा । SMS/पोर्टल के माध्यम से 15 दिनों की भीतर, अर्थात् ऑनलाइन दावा प्रस्तुत करने के 45 दिनों के भीतर निर्णय संसूचित कर दिया जाएगा। जमाकर्ताओं से अनुरोध है कि वे सभी चार समितियों से संबंधित सभी दावों को एक ही दावा आवेदन पत्र में प्रस्तुत करें। केवल पोर्टल के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन दर्ज किए दावों पर ही विचार किया जाएगा । दावा प्रस्तुत करने के लिए कोई शुल्क नहीं है। किसी भी तकनीकी समस्या हेतु आप दिए गए समिति के टोल फ्री नंबरों ( 1800 103 6891 / 1800 103 6893 ) पर संपर्क करें।
