Applicant made recharge of Rs.24 on 07 Aug 2021 which tariff cutter consequently new rate is 20 paise per minute call rate. For more detail, vide second page of the attached PDF document. The validity of this special tariff voucher will exhaust on 05 Sept 2021 and today is 03 Sept 2021. Regarding validity, information to expire on 05 Sept 2021, BSNL has flooded the message box in the form alert messages. For more information, vide first page of the attachment PDF document to the representation. From the first page of the attachment PDF document to the representation, it is quite obvious from the BSNL message sent on Wednesday which means 01 Sept 2021 at 4:32 PM that in my account there was Rs.9.85 and your applicant made recharge of Rs.20 on 02 Sept 2021 which means yesterday means Thursday at 4:53 PM. For more detail vide third page of the attachment PDF document to the representation. For your information, now the account money completely exhausted. Whether the BSNL will tell the applicant, how the recharges made by the applicant exhausted if applicant did not make call?It is obligatory duty of the accountable staffs of the BSNL to provide the detail which may justify the deduction of the money from the account of the applicant. If the business activities are carried out in the transparent and accountable manner with honesty, then its ramification takes place. Corrupt public functionaries of non-impeccable integrity can never bring success to any institution and outcome is before all and everyone.

The clarification of the OFFICE OF GMTD BSNL MIRZAPUR is that consumer made ISD call which cost was 20 rupees but did not provide the detail regarding the ISD call so such bodus report is the part of the cryptic deslings of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. Think about the gravity of the situation, I have made several complaints regarding the deduction of money from the account and different cunning and baseless replies were submitted by the concerned staffs of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. Most surprising thing is that they never stopped their unlawful activities of deducting the money from the account, undoubtedly a shameless act but who cares if earning money from the backdoor is an integral part of their corrupt dealings.
