Subject-Construction is going on by the offenders on the controversial land by taking Jigana police in good faith. Our lives in dangers because of the incredibility of the Jigana police. Jigana police has adopted biased approach ipso facto from its cryptic and mysterious activities. Applicant submits representation against the offenders whose details are available in the grievance cum complaint to register an F.I.R. as they are doing construction even after calling the police by dialling 112 by the victim which police party came did not ask musclemen to stop construction work till, they get the order of the competent authority. The address of the aforementioned offenders is as follows. Village Kothra Kantit, Post Shree Nivas Dham, Police station Jigna Pin code 231313 Country India State Uttar Pradesh. Case description is as follows. 1-Aforementioned offenders earlier attacked five times for grabbing the land which was under the possession of the applicant after the oral partition in year 2002 but now they are making efforts to make pucca room in the land of the applicant. 2-Undoubtedly Jigana police implicated them under various sections of less quantum as far as their offences are concerned, asked the parties concerned to get the appropriate solution from the Tahsil Sadar but they have no faith in the law of land as habitual to break the law by taking police in good faith.3-Think about the gravity of situation and credibility of the police that construction work is still in progress even after inviting the interference of the police concerned. 4-Every complaint of the applicant is being overlooked by the Jigana police on the ground of false and fabricated report submitted by the Jigana which is root cause of this lawlessness and anarchy. 5-Kiran Singh a widow was making repair of the house at the first floor as the second floor was in dilapidated state but same police impeded the repair but now, they have no objection when the musclemen are doing construction. 6-The conclusion is that police in the state also persecutes those who are already oppressed by the offenders such mentality of the police itself creates insecurity in the mind of weaker section. Undoubtedly role of the Jigana police is cryptic and incredible must be checked by the senior rank staff. Whether Jigana police will explain, how the construction is going on? Under whom orders, offenders are carrying out construction work on the controversial land?
