* Prayer or Relief Sought Registration Number PCLKO/R/2021/60268 Name Yogi M P Singh Date of Filing 19/09/2021 Sir, here information seeker is seeking the copy of order passed in the title suit filed by the Anuradha Singh Alias Aradhana Singh Alias Guddi Singh as directed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of Judicature at Allahabad. Here Asiana police and PIO in the office of the police commissioner Lucknow is falsely justifying its illegal stand in the matter in which the High court of judicature passed an explicit order but it was overlooked by the police concerned, lower court and public authority L.D.A.. On the one side of screen, Asiana police is saying it carried out enquiry in the matter but when it is asked that provide the copy of the order passed by the competent court in the title suit filed by the Anuradha Singh Alias Aradhana Singh Alias Guddi Singh, then it is running away by taking the recourse of the proceedings of the A.C.J.M. Court. Factual position of the case is that police colluded with A.C.J.M. Court under the influence of Anuradha Singh Alias Aradhana Singh Alias Guddi Singh and made the mockery of the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad. श्री मान जी माननीय उच्च न्यायालय ने दिवानी अनुतोष प्राप्त करने हेतु सक्षम न्यायालय जिसमे टाइटल सूट का निपटारा हो उसकी बात की है न की फौजदारी न्यायालय जो की दंडाधिकारी का न्यायालय होता है वह टाइटल वाद का निपटारा नहीं करता है वल्कि अपराधिक मामले देखता है श्री मान जी प्रार्थी यह जान चुका है की मामले में कोई टाइटल वाद नहीं दाखिल किया गया है इसलिए क्षेत्राधिकारी कैंट से जानना चाहता है की तत्कालीन थानाध्यक्ष कल्याण सिंह सागर को किसने दीवानी न्यायालय का अधिकार दे दिया जिससे उन्होंने अनुराधा सिंह उर्फ गुड्डी सिंह उर्फ आराधना सिंह को मालिकाना हक़ दे दिया If PIO deems it fit that sought information concerns the public authority office of District Judge Lucknow is real custodian of those documents, then he must transfer the R.T.I. Communique under subsection 3 of the section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005 to the District Judge Lucknow.

* Description of Information Sought An application on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh Order of High court attached to R.T.I. communiqué and quote is as- It is simply ordered that the respondent number 4 to7 shall open the lock of the staircase so that Smt Anuradha Singh the petitioner may come out of the house and take the proper and appropriate remedy in the competent court and after that, she may have the liberty to go anywhere. Respondnt1-Secretary Dept. of home 2-Police commissioner Lucknow 3-SHO police station -Ashiana, Lucknow It is quite obvious from the attached document, public authority respondent -1 transferred RTI request Registration Number DHOME/R/2021/60189 to public authority LDA.As far as I think this information must also be provided by the SHO police station -Ashiana, Lucknow through PIO in the office of respondent 2. Here Ashiana police has provided the possession of land and house by implicating Dinesh Pratap Singh and his family members under various sections of I.P.C. and looted the household articles by breaking the locks when family members left home under terror of police and Dinesh Pratap Singh was arrested by Ashiana police under hatched conspiracy.
1- सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जैसा की उपरोक्त ने आदेश किया उपरोक्त आदेश का हिंदी रूपांतरण है प्रतिवादी संख्या चार से सात सीढ़ियों का ताला खोल दे जिससे याचिका कर्ता अनुराधा सिंह बाहर आ सके और सक्षम न्यायालय से उचित उपचार हासिल करे और उसके पश्चात उसे कही भी जाने की स्वतंत्रता होगी महोदय जैसा की उच्च न्यायालय ने आदेश दिया उसका अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करना प्रतिवादी १,२ और तीन की जिम्मेदारी थी और अब संलग्नक एक से स्पस्ट है निबंधन विलेख का संपादन लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा किया जा चूका है श्री मान जी आप द्वारा किस तरह से अनुराधा सिंह द्वारा माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के अनुपालन सुनिश्चित कराया गया
२-यदि आप के पास उपरोक्त माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के क्रम में कोई सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जो अनुराधा सिंह की मालिकाना हक़ को पुष्ट करता हो तो उस आदेश की प्रति उपलब्ध कराये
३-यदि अनुराधा सिंह टाइटल सूट नहीं योजित की और गलत तरीके से निबंधन विलेख का संपादन करा लिया तो आप ने क्या कार्यवाही की विवरण उपलब्ध कराये
