* Prayer or Relief Sought Registration Number DMOMR/R/2021/60046 Name Yogi M P Singh Date of Filing 30/07/2021 Status REQUEST TRANSFERRED TO OTHER PUBLIC AUTHORITY as on 09/08/2021 Details of Public Autority :- Commissioner Rural Development. vide registration number :- COMRD/R/2021/80108 respectively.Status REQUEST FORWARDED TO PIO as on 10/08/2021 Details of PIO :- Telephone Number:- 9454465108, Email Id:- drda-mir@nic.inFrom the aforementioned, it is quite obvious that RTI communique submitted on 30/07/2021 before D.M. Mirzapur which was transferred to the public authority commissioner rural development on 09/08/2021 and PIO in the office of Commissioner Rural Development transferred it PIO :- Telephone Number:- 9454465108, Email Id:- drda-mir@nic.in on 10/08/2021. More detail is attached herewith.D.M. Mirzapur transferred R.T.I. to Commissioner rural development and commissioner transferred it to DRDA MZP not municipality. Here it is to be noted that DRDA Mirzapur neither provided sought information nor it forwarded RTI request to municipality Mirzapur city which is mockery of the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005.  Today is 20 Oct 2021 which means delay of two months 10 days made by P.D. Mirzapur in the matter. According to subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005-Subject to the proviso to subsection (2) of section 5 or the proviso to subsection (3) of section 6, the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, on receipt of a request under section 6 shall, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within thirty days of the receipt of the request, either provide the information on payment of such fee as may be prescribed or reject the request for any of the reasons specified in sections 8 and 9:It is 20 October 2021 today which means 2 months 10 days passed, but PIO did not provide any information which means PIO denied information as quite obvious from the subsection 2 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 If the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, fails to give decision on the request for information within the period specified under subsection (1), the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, shall be deemed to have refused the request.  Consequently, PIO violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. Since the matter concerns the deep-rooted corruption, therefore the public information officer of the public authority only played the cunning tricks to conceal information so that corrupt staffs of the department may be shielded.
