Whether concerned inspector will provide the circular Government order which makes it compulsory to submit representation before the senior rank officers of the company before registering a first information report in the matter Sir if the regional office is available and the applicant is submitting the representations before them to pay the mature money of the aggrieved applicant, then they must pay the money and if there is any problem, then it must be intimated to the senior rank staff by them. Applicant has made repeated representation before the concerned branch office of the defaulter company aforementioned in the matter. Please register the F.I.R. as prayed in the application instead of supporting the wrongdoers on the flimsy ground in the cryptic manner ipso facto.
