It seems that there is no quality based redress of the grievances on the national consumer helpline of the government of India. As the monitoring bodies are failed to manage the working of this forum because of growing corruption in the system.

Singh Mahesh Pratap Singh The Wrongdoer company through its staff submitted the following report Response Received from Company : As discussed with customer complaining that display and charging slot are damaged which can’t be considered under warranty as per warranty terms but customer is not agree to pay the damage cost. Date : 2021-10-25 16:49:10 Think about this incredible report that the display and charging slot are damaged which cannot be considered under warranty as per warranty terms but I have never said so. They neither took the perusal of subject matter and contents of the complaint submitted on the national consumer helpline. They make available in regard to the aforementioned report. Warranty terms and conditions made by the company.
Sir I have submitted the grievance as -4, they/ service center of I Kall  found the LCD was not broken but they denied warranty as sim slot 1 was broken which was invited repair under warranty on 21-02-2021 as under point 3. Factual position is that this sim slot 1 is not working since the date of delivery but sim slot 2 was working so applicant was serious about it as item was under warranty but company staff searched cunning tricks to deprive consumer from warranty, applicant never thought about it so they must refund if not interested to provide warranty if matter be brought up before forum, they will have to pay the other expanses occurred.
