Please direct the police concerned to carry out an enquiry in a transparent and accountable manner instead of putting carpet on the entire matter through cryptic working style. Description of room constructed by the contractor under controversy.अभी 2 महीने पहले हम ने एक 22'×35' फीट का हाल बनवाया दरी का कार्य करने के लिए कर्ज लेकर रोजी रोटी के लिए लेकिन ठेकेदार की लापरवाही से हमारे नवनिर्मित हाल का छत का एक लिटंर 10 जगह से और दुसरा लिंटर 8 जगह से क्रेक कर गया । हम इन्जीनियर को बुला कर दिखवाए तो मालुम हुआ की ठेकेदार की लापरवाही से सरिया और बीम का लटक कम बनाने की वजह से क्रैक हुआ है । हमने सीमेन्ट, सरिया, बालू सभी उच्च क्वालिटी का लगाया ठेकेदार की वजह से इतना बड़ा नुकसान हो गया क्या करें की कानून के दायरे में आ जाय और हम 7 लाख के नुकसान से बच जाए सलाह दे और हेल्प करें इस आदमी का नाम याकूब अंसारी है यह जिला - मीरजापुर में मकान बनाने का ठेकेदार है रहने वाला बिहार का है हमने इस आदमी से अपना मकान बनवाया इस ठेकेदार की लापरवाही से मेरे मकान का 2 बीम 2 महीने के अन्दर एक बीम 10 जगह से और दुसरा बीम 8 जगह से क्रैक हो गया और मकान गिरने के कगार पर पहचान गया है । पुलिस उच्चाधिकारियों से निवेदन है कि इस ठेकेदार ने मकान बनाने का कार्य बहुत ही लापरवाही से किया मेरा मकान कभी भी गिर सकता है और मेरा पैसे की और जान - माल की हानि हो सकती है मेरे 1 बिस्वा के मकान में रू 8 लाख का नुकसान हो गया हे ईश्वर मेरे और मेरे परिवार की रक्षा करे मेरा नाम- सुदर्शन मौर्य पता- सोहता अडडा जंगीरोड, मीरजापुर मो- 9455024500 विभाग -पुलिसशिकायत श्रेणी - नियोजित तारीख-09-07-2021शिकायत की स्थिति- स्तर -क्षेत्राधिकारी स्तरपद -क्षेत्राधिकारी / सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त

Sir whatever detriment occurred to the applicant must be compensated by the contractor as he misled the applicant to achieve its own ulterior motives. Still no action by the police creating प्रार्थी चौकी इंचार्ज महोदय के तर्क से सहमत है की मामला तकनीक से सम्बंधित है किन्तु यदि ऊपरी तौर स्पस्ट है तकनीकी मानको को ठेकेदार ने पालन नहीं किया तो ठेकेदार को आपराधिक कृत्य का दोषी मानना उचित है और कार्यवाही को उचित दिशा में ले जाने से मामले के निपटने में शीघ्रता होती जो न्याय हित में जरुरी था श्री मान जी जांच में जो कमिया है उसके लिए चौकी का सिपाही दोषी है क्योकि उसने बारीकी से निरीक्षण नहीं किया सोचिये छत की की लिंटल में दरार है और चौकी इंचार्ज महोदय की रिपोर्ट कह रही पिलर में दरार है इसका कारण खुद का एप्लीकेशन ऑफ़ माइंड से कोसो दूर है और सिपाही इमरान खान पर आँख मूद कर विश्वास कर रहे है यही कारण है ब्यथा मामलो के निस्तारण में गुड़वत्ता की कमी है और सामान्य समस्याए भी छह छह महीने निपट रही है इमरान खान की धार्मिक कट्टरता उनके निष्पक्ष पूर्ण कार्यशैली में बाधक है जो की जांच से स्पस्ट है

ReplyDeleteIt is most surprising that whenever anyone seeks justice in the department of police then from that person there is apprehension of breach of peace in the society and police imposes on them section of criminal panel code 107 oblique 116.
ReplyDeleteThis implies that to register FIR in the department of police one May be ready to get registered case under CRPC 107 oblique 116 on itself.
Undoubtedly the grievances must be redressed in the transparent and accountable manner but because of the corruption which is rampant in the government machinery it is not feasible in this country.
ReplyDeleteThink about the gravity of situation that instead of providing justice to the complainant police concerned closed the case in cryptic minor which is a mockery of the law of the land and reflects rampant corruption in the government machinery.
If the corruption and anarchy are oriented from the top rank of administrative hierarchy to the bottom then how can it be controlled by taking action against to bottom rank bureaucrats?
ReplyDeleteIt is quite a that Bhartiya Janata party government under the leadership of Narendra Modi Sir only misleading the country men by doing politics in the name of taking action against the corruption.
There must be quality in redressing the grievances of the common people in this largest democracy in the world but it is generally observed that arbitrary inconsistent reports are submitted by the public functionaries which are accepted by the accountable public functionaries and no action is taken on the arbitrary reply even when the Complaints are made which is the reflection of Anarchy and lawlessness in the government machinery and showing incredibility of the government machinery.
