It is most unfortunate that chauki incharge Dharm Narayan Bhargav closed the following grievances by submitting the false report in both the grievances which is a mockery of the law of land must be taken seriously by the senior rank officers in department of police district Mirzapur.

It is requested that when the referenced case was investigated, it was found that the applicant was getting the construction work of the opponent's house done on contract. After completion of the work, the opponent is not paying the wages of the applicant. When the opponent was talked to in this regard, the opponent told that the applicant had taken the contract for the construction of his house, but the applicant was unnecessarily delaying the construction of the house and the applicant was harassing the opponent for more payment, due to which the opponent got the construction work of his house completed by negotiating with the laborers on the basis of daily work. Now the applicant is putting pressure to take unnecessary money by creating illegal pressure, whereas the applicant had taken more money than his work. When the opponent was asked to return the excess money taken from the applicant, the above mentioned letter is being sent by the opponent with the purpose of creating pressure. In this regard, the written report given by Lallu Mistri, Lolarakh Majdoor, Mahesh Mistri and Pintu Mistri, who completed the work of the applicant, is enclosed.

The affidavit of Ravindra Kumar alias Pintu S/O late Molairam is as follows. I am Ravindra Kumar alias Pintu son of late Molairam, resident of village Pahari Bhojpur, police station Padri, district-Mirzapur. I state under oath that I along with Pritesh Kumar Mistry had worked for 5-6 days in the construction of the building at the house of Jitendra Singh, resident of Surekapuram and my wages were paid by Pritesh Kumar, the building of Jitendra Singh, resident of Surekapuram, which is about 3 storeys, has been constructed by Pritesh Kumar with the help of various labourers, which is in my personal knowledge. I have never made any statement in favour of Jitendra Singh nor put any signature on any paper in his favour.
