* Description of Information Sought If the police itself accepts that the road belongs to Kiran Singh, why sub inspector Kamala Dayal is using it as its own and who did paimise and found the road exists only 15 feet not 16 feet? उप निरीक्षक अभय कुमार वाजपेयी द्वारा प्रस्तुत दो रिपोर्ट खुद ही एक दुसरे का विरोध करते है कभी कहते है कोई कब्ज़ा नहीं हुआ है कभी कहते है रोड १५ फ़ीट ही चौड़ी है रोड पर आने जाने के लिए मिटटी कमला दयाल उपनिरीक्षक द्वारा फेकवाई गयी है मिट्टी का कटाव रोकने के लिए दीवाल बनाई गई श्री मान जी क्या वह रोड कमला दयाल उपनिरीक्षक का है  आवेदनकर्ता का विवरण :शिकायत संख्या:-60000220107657,Where is the one foot road that must be explained by the station house officer of police station-Krishna Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and how private road of the aggrieved can be grabbed by offenders? Police Station-in-charge of Krishna Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh should clarify where one foot road is, and how can the private road of the victim be grabbed by criminals? Sir Kamala Dayal Sub-Inspector Local Intelligence Unit has purchased the land from different landlord and the land was purchased by the victim from Shri Mati Shimla Devi wife of Ram Sahai Yadav in the mediation of Shri Ram Balak Yadav son of Shri Shankar Lal resident of Ali Nagar Sunahra. The dispute of this road arose in the past between the applicant and the land owner, which was settled in the form of an agreement and that agreement itself was done by the station in-charge of the police station-Krishna Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on 14 April 2005, whose the witnesses were Shri Ram Balak Yadav, son of Shri Shankar Lal, resident of Ali Nagar, Sunahra and Prem Prakash, son of Makka Lal, resident of Kesarikheda. Land owners will not sell the road to anyone, it is to be used by the victim. Sir it is clear from the attached reports that you sometimes say that the road of the applicant is safe and sometimes it is said that there is a 15 feet path on which Kamala Dayal has thrown the soil and raised the wall. With whose permission, Kamala Dayal did this, you should clarify that anyone will get the soil thrown anywhere, will get the wall raised because she is a sub-inspector in the police.

  2. Right to Information act 2005 was brought up by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities but because of corruption it has been worthless for the citizens of this country.
