Grievance Description

Nitin Singh is the son of widow Sugun Singh but defaulter is Nitin Singh Amit Kumar who is the agent of dept. of food and civil supply. Consequently, elimination cum cancellation of the Ration card of Sugun Singh is unlawful, illegal and sheer unconstitutional.

Prayer made-श्री मान जी प्रकरण भ्र्ष्टाचार से सम्बंधित है और शासन द्वारा उन्ही भ्र्ष्ट लोक सेवको के पास निस्तारण हेतु भेजा जा रहा है जिनकी संलिप्तता उनके टालमटोल से खुद ही स्पस्ट है इसलिए मामले को पुलिस अधीक्षक मिर्ज़ापुर को प्रेषित कर क्षेत्राधिकारी स्तर के अधिकारी से जांच कराया जाय

चू कि प्रार्थी लगभग एक वर्ष से प्रकरण को सम्बंधित अधिकारिओं के समक्ष प्रस्तुत कर रहा इसलिए उनके मनमाने रिपोर्ट्स जो मामले पर पर्दा डाल रहे है प्रार्थी जांच अधिकारी के विरुद्ध रख सके

Remarks​ ​अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित उक्त प्रकरण की जांच पूर्ति निरीक्षक द्वारा की गयी पूर्ति निरीक्षक की जांच आख्या अनुसार शिकायतकर्ता श्री योगी एम पी सिंह द्वारा श्रीमती शगुन सिंह का राशनकार्ड कट जाने व कार्यवाही के सम्बन्ध में शिकायत किया गया है उक्त के संबंध में अवगत कराना है कि शगुन सिंह का पात्र गृहस्थी राशनकार्ड संख्या 219940604126 के खाते में किसान आई डी 1990305426 पर नितिन सिंह अमित कुमार के नाम से 369763.00 रूपये का धान विक्रय किया गया है जिसके कारण इनका राशनकार्ड विलोपित किया गया है आख्या सेवा में सादर प्रेषित

​It is quite obvious that factual position is, Nitin Singh S/O widow Sugun Singh did not sell any paddy or wheat and some one misused the Ration card through cheating and incompetent personnel of the government of Uttar Pradesh instead of tracing the real culprits in the matter targeting innocent family. To target innocent and gullible people has been daily business in the government of Uttar Pradesh. These things are ramified because of the corruption in the government machinery quite obvious from the current matter. Still our political masters are claiming to provide good governance.​

2--Please provide the name and designation of the staff who cancelled the Ration card of the widow Sugun Singh. Why blatant misuse of power was not checked but concerned preferred to cancel the Ration card on the Large scale injured the interest of the vulnerable section of the people? .

3-You may also provide the account detail through which transactions were made.

4-You may disclose the detail of the Aadhaar name-AMIT KUMAR, who is the link to reach the other members of the scamsters.

5-How the Farmer ID-1990305426, Farmer-NITIN SINGH was prepared without adopting due procedure of the law?

It is quite obvious that government of Yogi Adityanath cancelled the ration card of the many people because of no fault of them only to show the pseudo honesty of its government. When the public spirited person is making efforts to bring the notice to the accountable public functionaries of the Yogi Adityanath government that their subordinates committed the the blunder of cancelling those ration cards whose holders are no fault but they are not taking cognizance of it which is showing the deep rooted corruption in the government machinery and proving that corrupt public functionaries have the blessings of the higher rank officers in the state. Think about the gravity of situation that whether in this anarchy justice is available to the weaker and downtrodden section in the government machinery of Uttar Pradesh? Undoubtedly Yogi Adityanath government is failed to curb the corruption in government machinery because they have no firm resolve to curb the corruption government machinery.
