श्री मान जी प्रकरण का सम्बन्ध जिलाधिकारी मिर्ज़ापुर और मुख्य राजस्व अधिकारी मिर्ज़ापुर से है जिनकी लापरवाही से किसी को भी जनसूचना अधिकार के तहत कोई सूचना नहीं मिल रही है यह बहुत बड़े साजिश का हिस्सा है जनसूचना अधिकार २००५ को जनपद मिर्ज़ापुर में कमजोर किया जा रहा है अर्थात पारदर्शिता कानून का मखौल उड़ रहा है adm.lr.mi-up@gov.in  ई-मेल पता निष्क्रिय कर दिया गया है जब की यही ईमेल मिर्ज़ापुर जनपद के नोडल अधिकारी का है जिनका दायित्व जनसूचना अधिकार २००५ के तहत प्राप्त आवेदनों को सम्बंधित के पास भेज कर निस्तारित कराना है अर्थात यह स्पस्ट  है की जनसूचना अधिकार २००५ के तहत प्राप्त आवेदनों को जनपद मिर्ज़ापुर में बहुत ही लापरवाही से लिया जा रहा है

Here the core issue is the deactivation of the email of the nodal officer that is of the chief revenue officer who is acting as a nodal officer on behalf of the district magistrate Mirzapur. It is quite obvious that our monitoring bodies are so incompetent that they themselves cannot understand the contents of the grievance so proper redressal of grievances cannot be expected from them because of their incompetence. Now it has been quite explicit that the dilapidated state of the right to information act 2005 is because of rampant corruption in the government machinery e and the incompetence of the public staff in the government machinery of the government of Uttar Pradesh. The right to information act 2005 was introduced by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in public offices but because of corruption, no information is made available to the information seekers in the government machinery.
