It is most unfortunate that it was not disclosed when the government invited application for the scholarship but at the last stage of processing of the application, they created a clinching reason to deprive of scholarship to the aggrieved student which is illegal and unconstitutional and an integral part of corrupt and cryptic dealings. Please also attach the circular/G.O. with the redressal report of this grievance which may justify the stand of the public authority. Applicant has already provided the genuine reason for the time gap to the concerned Backward class officer district-Mirzapur as he was pursuing the higher studies and now pursuing employment oriented professional course but not any decision taken by the concerned mandate. Please pay due care and attention to the submissions of the grievance so that aggrieved students may get justice through a logistic approach.
