Here this question arises: why is this attachment not visible to the complainant? Whether God bestowed miraclus eyes to the monitoring body working at the public grievance portal. Here it is quite obvious that staff of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited are playing a bad game with the consumers and violating the consumer rights of the customers. Whether it is not reflecting complete insolence on the part of the staff of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited who only procrastinated on the submitted grievance of the aggrieved complainant and this activity of the staff of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited only showing the deep rooted corruption in the department of the central government headed by Narendra Damodar Modi quite obvious from the matter. Now a days the network of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited Mirzapur not working well. My dwelling place is just in side of the telephone exchange Bathua but we are not accessing network properly implies the poor network of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited. They are claiming that his telephone exchange is working well and network is accessible to the customers properly then why the fluctuation in the network of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited experienced by the users. Where is the quality of the services as claimed by the department if the customers are feeling difficulty in accessing the network properly? Bharat sansar Nigam limited is not providing consumer friendly services but it is providing the Government friendly services quite obvious from the problems being faced by the customers in accessing the government portals in which complaints are being made . It is the obligatory duty of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited to provide the consumer friendly services to the customers.
