The matter concerns deep rooted corruption of L.D.A. and arbitrary denial of special working officer of L.D.A. to entertain the grievances of Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh. An application on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh under Article 51 A of the constitution of India.

According to the vice-chairman LDA-THIS MATTER IS NOT RELATED TO LDA but it is the frustration of the poor vice-chairman of LDA.

Think about the gravity of the situation that neither you understand English nor hindi and the matter you have been entertaining for more than three years now saying that this matter does not concern you. Whether it is not showing your insolence to the applicant and senior rank officers of the chief minister office monitoring the Jansunwai portal? Who did the registry of the impugned land cum plot without examining the papers which were due during the time of registry?  They neither had the papers issued by the L.D.A. during the time of registry and still they do not have such papers as originally made available by L.D.A. It is quite obvious that Lucknow development authority again ran away from the real issue of corruption through its apparent reply I that in the matter committee has been set up and findings of the committee will be final in the matter but when findings will be completed by the committee they are not disclosing near about 6 months passed in the matter when the committee had been setup by the Lucknow development authority. Think about the gravity of situation that order passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad was overlooked by the Lucknow development authority even after the objection of the Dinesh Pratap Singh. Without deciding the title suit carried out registry of the impugned land by overlooking the order of the high court reflects rampant corruption in the working . Still our chief minister yogi adityanath is claiming to provide good governance which is transparent and accountable to the people in state of uttar pradesh.

* Description of Information Sought This R.T.I. communique is submitted by Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh who is the claimant of the plot of the land quite obvious from the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006. In the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006 filed in the Lucknow bench of the High court of Judicature at Allahabad filed by Anuradha Singh also named Guddi also named Aradhana Singh through her mother Beena Singh wife of Brijraj Singh also Beena Singh wife of Netrpal Singh. Whether in the same matter, to get remedy from various redressal bodies and get public aid by changing the name is not illegal? In the aforementioned writ, Anuradha Singh was directed by the High court of judicature to seek civil remedy from competent authority by filing a title suit. 

1-L.D.A. may provide the detail of title suit filed by multi-named lady Anuradha Singh in the record of L.D.A. Guddi Singh including the designation, name of the public staff who executed it with posting detail. 

2-L.D.A. may provide the copy of the order passed by the competent court decided the title suit of the Anuradha Singh in the compliance of the High court order in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006. 

3-L.D.A. may provide the detail of the posting of the staffs executed the registry of plots to allottees with designation and name so that accountability may be fixed.
