1-Provide the certified copy of the communication ग्रामसभा आदमपुर में नये उचित दर विक्रेता के प्रस्ताव हेतु कार्यालय उपजिलाधिकारी के पत्र. संख्या 138 दिनंाक 23.05.2020 द्वारा खण्ड विकास अधिकारी छानबे को निर्देशित किया गया है।

Grievance Description

An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India to enquire in regard to Ration Card issued to lady Sadhana Singh under National Food Security Act of the Government of India. Serial number of the Ration card 219940805151 was issued by department after 8 months of arbitrary cancellation of B.P.L. Card earlier issued to Sadhana Singh on 08/Oct/2019 but after two months Name of the Husband-Arun Pratap Singh was cancelled and cause of cancellation was told division of the family. Here this question arises that both husband and wife does not know when they were separated from each other but corrupt supply inspector of block concerned separated them and one unit was cancelled. Whether it is justified. Whether in this anarchy, share of the needy is reaching to them or it is reaching to the pockets of the corrupt public functionaries. Whether the supply inspector has evidence of division of husband and wife if not how the name of husband was cancelled from Ration Card.

The matter is concerned with the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Here point to be noted that when I declared that I belong to gram panchayat- Adampur and I never in any para in the concerned representation stated that Sadhana Singh wife of Arun Singh is resident of gram panchayat Adampur. Undoubtedly supply inspector concerned did not take the perusal of the submissions of the grievance ipso facto obvious. As well as monitoring officer district supply officer accepted the grievance by keeping his eyes and ears closed quite obvious from the attached report and its inconsistency with the contents of the submissions of the grievance. When the grievance is concerned with the village panchayat Neebi Gaharwar, how can it be connected to gram panchayat Adampur and overlook the representation on the flimsy ground. Such attempts not only illegal but tantamount to harassment to aggrieved applicant who are persecuted by the corrupt staffs of the government of Uttar Pradesh. In the last year in the month of March, B.P.L.ration card of Sadhana Singh was cancelled and six months of lengthy struggle they were provided ration card under National Food Security Act but in the month of December, name of husband Arun Pratap Singh was cancelled arbitrarily by the concerned staff of the district supply office Mirzapur. Now Arun Pratap Singh is running from top to bottom and facing troublesome because of such bogus suggestions.Whether to add the name , government will be inviting application under National Food Security Act for new ration card and fee Rs.20 .
