Undoubtedly cases of dengue are rising in the Mirzapur district but instead of referring the matters to other districts, they are taking zero steps in order to curb it and even precautionary steps like the regular spray of anti larva solutions are not made by the concerned public staffs.
Please tell me last date when the spray was made last time by the team of the department and feedback of the team members with the signature of the residents taken during the spray is made. According to the subordinate of chief medical officer Mirzapur, anti larva medicine is sprayed either weekly or at 15 days. In his report, he did not ensure that when the last time, anti larva medicine was sprayed in the Mohalla Surekapuram. It is most unfortunate that why not detail report is being sought in regard to the spray of anti larva medicine in the entire Mirzapur. Think about the gravity of the situation that even the matter was under consideration at the August portal of government of Uttar Pradesh but concerned staff did not think it appropriate to at least once spray may be done so that anger of the people may be lessened whether it is not a reflection of insolence. Undoubtedly God granted the rational intelligence to the concerned staffs but he must use it constructively and he must be loyal to those people who are providing huge emoluments of salary.
Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that government is spending the huge amount of fund in order to control the breeding of mosquitoes but most surprising is that instead of decreasing, mosquitoes are increasing alarmingly because these funds are not being utilized properly due to lack of transparency and accountability.

2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that following complaint was submitted on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh but concerned instead of taking positive action in this regard, they wrote cryptic words by sitting in the office and got the complaint disposed of.

3-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it is most unfortunate that when the High court has issued guidelines in this direction to curb the spread of dengue disease and the government has opened the door of the treasury but the result is zero because of the incompetence and non-impeccable integrity of the concerned staffs.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.                                                          Yours sincerely

Applicant again wants to draw the kind attention of Hon'ble public functionaries to the menace of the infectious disease Dengue which is consequent of Mosquitos biting and now entire District-Mirzapur is under the captivity of this giant disease. This terrible disease is prevailing in the district because of lackadaisical approach of the concerned staffs of government at the district level.
Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that applicant wants to raise the issue how the six members of volunteers of B.J.P. party whose government is installed in the state came under the grasp of this epidemic disease belonging to Kon block of District-Mirzapur. Description is as follows-
Village-Mugalpatti, Head man of family-Mr. Indrapati Singh भारतीय जनता पार्टी के स्वयंसेवक है , Sufferers of the dengue disease 1-Dhrmjeet Singh, age-30 years 2-Kishan Singh, age-24 years 3-Aryan Singh, age-5 years 4-Sushma Singh, age-40 years 5-Deeksha Singh, age-23 years and 5-Nisha Singh, age-50 years.
Aforementioned members of single family of aforementioned volunteer of ruling party in both centre and state are suffering the dengue for many days. There is enormous decrease in the platelets in the blood. Staffs of the department only drawing huge salary from the public exchequer every  months. For detail, please take a glance of scanned picture of Amar Ujala published news story attached with this representation.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that in this Mirzapur district few years ago superintendent of jail died of dengue while he was posted in the district Mirzapur. Here this question arises that what we learn from the such tragic events? Think about the gravity of situation that since three months they have not sprayed the anti-larva solution in the Mohalla-Surekapur because I informed about their negligence to the senior rank officers.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that undoubtedly behaviours of the staffs like tyrant because of ineffective control of senior rank staffs in the district and most of the staffs are posted in the district for many years if transferred managed to remain in the district by applying so many tricks.
