 विषय:-चेकिंग के सापेक्ष प्रोविजनल राजस्व निर्धारण के सम्बन्ध में

 W/O  समीउल्लाह निवासी नगर मड़िहान मिर्ज़ापुर  

 गहोदय.  उपरोक्त विषय के सम्बन्ध में आपको यह सूचित किया जाता है कि दिनांक 19.4-23.को विभागीय/प्रवर्तन दल द्वारा की गयी जांच के दौरान आपके परिसर पर पायी  गयी अनियमितता के  परिप्रेक्ष्य में भारतीय विद्युत अधिनियम की धारा 126 / 135 के सन्दर्भ में पत्रांक संख्या 4886. वि0वि0ख0-प्र0(मी०)/रेड/ 828 दिनांक.1.5.2023 के द्वारा निर्गत राजस्व निर्धारण को निरस्त करते हुए पुनः राजस्व निर्धारण करते हुए राजस्व निर्धारण राशि रू0 238943 =00 शम्मन शुल्क Rs 30000=00 कुल देय राशि Rs.268943 भुगतान हेतु प्रस्तावित किया गया है।  

 इस सम्बन्ध में यदि आपको कोई आपत्ति हो तो, अपनी आपत्तियां सम्बन्धित साक्ष्यों सहित अधोहस्ताक्षरी के समक्ष व्यक्तिगत रूप से सुनवाई हेतु दिनांक 23-5.-2024को अधोहस्ताक्षरी के कार्यालय में 11.00 बजे उपस्थित होकर अपना पक्ष प्रस्तुत करें।  

पुनः राजस्व निर्धारण किये जाने का अधिकार राजस्व निर्धारण अधिकारी के पास सुरक्षित है।

The reply of the aggrieved applicant is as follows.

1- The applicant belongs to the vulnerable section/women and girls of the minority community and is being harassed because she belongs to a special targeted community in the current scenario. 

2- Most respected sir Power distributions subdivision 1st, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited Madihan Mirzapur dated 24th January 2024-Currently, the consumer is using an LMV-5 connection.

3- Most respected Sir please take the perusal of the first page of the attached pdf document to the grievance which is the receipt provided by the dealer of the respected company who provided the solar system to the applicant on 10 May 2022 quite obvious from the cash memo. 

4- When your team came to check the premises of the applicant then it did the videography of the compound and it found that there was a solar system stabilised on the roof of the house. If Most respected sir will take a glance at the videography then he will understand the entire fact of the matter. 

5- Most respected Sir team of the anti-power theft police were already prejudiced with the applicant as the applicant belongs to the women of the specially targeted minority community which is the Root Cause they registered a false case against the applicant without proper verification of the premises of the applicant and deliberately overlooked already installed solar system on the roof of the house.

6- The applicant has written many applications seeking the video footage made by them of the premises but they are not providing the videography to the applicant which indicates the lack of transparency and accountability in the working of the anti-power theft police district Mirzapur.

Most respected sir the applicant is a law-abiding citizen and never indulged in any kind of theft of power ever so entire process established against the applicant it is prejudiced to wreak ulterior motives. I pray to God and draw the kind attention of the most respected Sir to pay heed to my six submissions as aforementioned. Office of Sub Divisional Officer,

Dated 24.01.2024 Subject: Regarding disposal of online complaint number 60000240004569.

Executive Engineer, EDD-I, Mirzapur  In terms of the above complaint, the Local Junior Engineer has informed that on 19th April 2023, the premises of the complainant were searched by the enforcement team and enforcement team has registered an FIR in the case of electricity theft. Currently, the consumer is using an LMV-5 connection.

Hence, this complaint has been forwarded for further action.
