Grievance Description
Block development Officer Chhanbey must provide the proper response in the enquiry made by the applicant under article 51 A of the constitution of India concerning the grabbing of the transitory land belonging to the applicant and his family members.
The matter is also concerned with the working of the block development Officer Chhanbey district Mirzapur because the road was constructed on the transitory land of the applicant and the expenditure of the fund of the government which was issued through the office of the block development Officer Chhanbey district Mirzapur.
The applicant is making the following enquiry with the block development Officer district Mirzapur regarding the construction of the road on the transitory land belonging to the applicant and his family members.
1- Block development Officer Chhanbey district Mirzapur should make available provisions of the law which privileges the staff of the office of the Block development Officer to issue the government fund for the construction of the road on the private land of the applicant and his family members without permission of the members of the family and the applicant.
2- Block development Officer Chhanbey district Mirzapur must take the perusal of the attached photographs which are showing the pictures of the newly constructed road on the grabbed land by the husband of the gram pradhan. Please provide the name and designation of the concerned officer who passed the estimate on the impugned land to construct a new road on the land belonging to the applicant and his family members.
3- Most respected sir please direct your subordinate to do recovery of the provided fund on the said road which has been constructed by the husband of the gram pradhan on the road belonging to the publicant and his family members.
4- Please provide the total amount of fund spent by the husband of the gram pradhan on the said road and also provide the measures to be taken by the most respected sir to recover the illegally spent of the fund by the gram pradhan.
5- Please provide the reason why the first information report must not be registered against the secretary of the village panchayat additional development officer panchayat and block development officer along with the land grabbers including the husband of the gram pradhan along with the gram pradhan.
Please provide your explanation as soon as possible so that further action may be taken on the part of the applicant in the matter of the grabbing of the land belonging to the applicant and his family members.
Most respected chief minister government of Uttar Pradesh may take Cognizance of the first and second page of the attached PDF document to the grievance which are showing that road has been completed by the opposition party and report of the police is false and baseless so action must be taken against the concerned police personnel without any further delay.
It is submitted before the most respected sir transparency and accountability is the essential component of good governance and without it good governance can never be dreamed so in order to maintain the transparency and accountability action must be taken against all those responsible staff of the government who made the mockery of the provisions of the law of the land by grabbing the transitory land of the applicant and his family members.
