The matter concerns the lawlessness and anarchy of the additional secretary, regional office Varanasi, Board of High school and intermediate, Prayagraj, Government of Uttar Pradesh. Following is the grievance submitted by the applicant which is pending at the level of the office of the aforementioned public authority.

Sir, it is quite obvious that the working style of the public authority office of the additional secretary regional office Varanasi of the board of secondary education. government of Uttar Pradesh made the mockery of the law of land by procrastinating on the genuine matter. Undoubtedly, circumstantial pieces of evidence prove that there is rampant corruption in the office of the additional secretary Varanasi. Please take appropriate action against the wrongdoers who are posted in the office and creating hurdles before the vulnerable students.
Sir, if Grievances submitted on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh are monitored by one of the most honest chief ministers of the government of Uttar Pradesh, then what is the cause of this anarchy?

आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of the India on behalf of aggrieved applicant Suraj Kumar Yadav seeking correction in the name of father and mother in the High school mark sheet and application made by him before additional secretary, regional office, Varanasi of board of secondary education, government of Uttar Pradesh. The matter concerns the correction in the High school mark sheet of the Suraj Kumar Yadav S/O Pattar Yadav , Name of the mother-Lalti Devi. Address of the aggrieved applicant is as -Chandradeepa, Natwan, Jangi Road, Post-Putalighar, District-Mirzapur, PIN code-231001 Applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following points.1-Application of the aggrieved applicant Suraj Kumar Yadav was forwarded by the principal of B.L.J. Inter college Mirzapur on 21/12/2020 and this application along with the annexures as attached to this representation as well was to submit on 29/12/2020, but office of public authority denied accepting the representation and suggested such applications are received through post not physically from the aggrieved applicant so aggrieved applicant sent the representation through the speed registered post on the same date quite obvious from the first page of the attached document. 2-Here with this representation, attached PDF document contains eight pages. Which are application forwarded by the principal and supporting papers as suggested by the concerned staff. 3-Name of the father written in the mark sheet is Pattar Lal Yadav which is incorrect and correct name is PATTAR YADAV. 4-Name of the mother written in the mark sheet is LALATI DEVI which is incorrect and correct name is LALTI DEVI. . 5- More than six months passed but no action on the part of public authority regional office Varanasi of the High school and intermediate board of Uttar Pradesh is a matter of great concern. Please direct the concerned staff of the public authority to take action in the matter so that error in the mark sheet may be rectified by the concerned.
