आवेदक का नाम-Sugun Singhविषय-संदर्भ संख्या : 40019921007806 , दिनांक - 11 Jun 2021 तक की स्थिति आवेदनकर्ता का विवरण : शिकायत संख्या:-40019921007806 आवेदक का नाम-Sugun Singhक्र.स. सन्दर्भ का प्रकार आदेश देने वाले अधिकारी प्राप्त/आपत्ति दिनांक नियत दिनांक अधिकारी को प्रेषित आदेश स्थिति 1 अंतरित ऑनलाइन सन्दर्भ 16-05-2021 15-06-2021 तहसीलदार-सदर,जनपद-मिर्ज़ापुर,राजस्व एवं आपदा विभाग कार्यालय स्तर पर लंबितश्री मान जी थाना विंध्याचल के सम्बंधित उपनिरीक्षक बार बार प्रार्थी पुत्र को धमकी दे रहे है की प्रार्थी द्वारा विंध्याचल पुलिस की शिकायत उच्चधिकारियों से न की जाय और कह रहे है की मामला तहसील से सम्बंधित है किन्तु सच यह है की प्रार्थी द्वारा पूर्व में तहसील को सूचित किया गया था जिसमे लेखपाल के द्वारा बटवारा न होने की बात कही गयी थी और राजस्व संहिता की धारा ११६ के तहत आवेदन करने की बात कही गयी और उपरोक्त प्रार्थना पत्र जो की विबादित जमीन के पैमाइस से सम्बंधित तहसील सदर कार्यालय में लंबित है श्री मान जी उपनिरीक्षक महोदय बार दबंगो से मिलकर मनमाना आख्या लगाते और उसके पश्चात् जब प्रार्थिनी द्वारा उनकी आख्या का खंडन किया जाता है तो वे मोबाइल फ़ोन पर मेरे पुत्र को धमकी देते है कहते अशोक कुमार सिंह उर्फ अंगद सिंह के समक्ष न्याय मांग रही हो उनके रिश्ते दार सचिवालय में उनसे वरिष्ठ अधिकारी घबराते है उनका कहना है की अब यदि पुनः प्रत्यावेदन ऑनलाइन प्रस्तुत किया तो दोनों भाइयो अर्थात मेरे दोनों लड़को को बंद कर देंगे जानते नहीं पुलिस बहुत खतरनाक होती है अभी पुलिस की दरिंदगी से परिचित नहीं हो हम बिना केस के केस बनाते है श्री मान जी हम तहसीलदार सदर और उपजिलाधिकारी सदर के समक्ष रो ही सकते है कार्यवाही तो उनके कृपा पर निर्भर करती है और पुलिस को मेरा रोना भी अच्छा नहीं लग रहा है इसलिए कुछ जिम्मेदार पुलिस कर्मी धमकी देने पर उतारू हो चुके जब मानवता नहीं है और विधवा के प्रति सहानुभूति का पूर्ण अभाव है तो इस तरह की अराजकता से इंकार नहीं किया जा सकता मामले की उच्च स्तरीय जांच करा के सम्बंधित पुलिस कर्मियों को दण्डित किया जाय

आवेदक का नाम-Sugun Singhविषय-The matter concerns the unauthorised construction by the Ashok Kumar Singh Son of surju Singh village babura post babura district Mirzapur tehsil Sadar and main an authorised construction is being made by Anil Kumar Singh son of Suruju Singh of the same address as aforementioned. Here aggrieved applicant is Sugun Singh Wife of Krishna Kumar Singh village babura post babura district Mirzapur police station Vindhyachal. Construction taking place on the unpartitioned land of which boundary has not been decided must be stopped by the district administration so that any problem may be avoided. This is humble request of the applicant to direct the concerned staff of the government to decide the partition of the land as required under the law and direct police concerned to stop the construction of the building at the unpartitioned land.

Whether concerned sub inspector and police officer can provide the concrete evidence of partition of the land under controversy if not how can he speak the language of Ashok Kumar Singh alias Angad Singh? Undoubtedly the integrity of the police officer concerned is under cloud. Aggrieved applicant has right to submit representation in the matter because she has the right to submit representation if the construction is taking place on the unpartitioned land and her rights are infringed by the muscle men. Whether partition is feasible after construction of houses on the unpartitioned land? Where is written that police can stop the construction only after the order passed by the competent authority? If the aggrieved applicant submitted representation against the illegal construction of houses on the unpartitioned land, then they had to verify the documents and if the claim of the aggrieved applicant is true then action had to be taken accordingly. Consequently, the redressal of the complaint प्रार्थी द्वारा शिकायत संख्या:- 40019921008631 is arbitrary and illegal. Please direct concerned competent authority to investigate the matter to fix the accountability of concerned sub inspector whose integrity is under cloud because of his biased dealings.
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly it is reflecting the complete insolence on the part of concerned investigation officer belonging to the department of police in Uttar Pradesh but who will take care of it if the public functionaries mostly are corrupt.
ReplyDeleteIt seems that our public functionaries only claim to provide good governance but when they came into power they forgot the entire promises made before the electrons.
I think that this sub inspector is corrupt one who took the bribe from the opposition parties and trying to suppress the voice of the aggrieved widow quite obvious from the post as repeated applications are being submitted by the aggrieved widow because she is deprived of the justice and concerned accountable public functionaries are not taking seriously the representations of the aggrieved widow because she cannot provide illegal gratification to them. They pay heed to those grievances in which their Palms are greased.
ReplyDeleteTo threaten citizens to shut their voices by the police is illegal but most surprising thing is how the accountable and responsible functionaries do allow police terrorise people to accept the lawlessness and anarchy of the corrupt public functionaries which is not only illegal but also immoral? Whether our democracy is not a failed democracy where is no rule of law in the administrative management.
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly the role of the police concerned it is quite negative it is violating the Human Rights of the concerned aggrieved widow Sugun Singh as they are threatening the widow with dire consequences if she will submit the online application on the jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh quite obvious from the post and concerned senior rank officers of the police department were informed by her but it is unfortunate that they did not take any action in the matter ipso facto obvious.
