The matter concerns the working of the office of the director, department of Agriculture Lucknow because the approval is pending at the state level which means at the level of the directorate of agriculture Lucknow.
From the available reports on the website of the Department of Agriculture it is quite obvious that there are 50% bogus beneficiaries who are reaping the benefit because of the rampant corruption in the department and there is no rectification and enquiries are only made on papers. Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme is the Magic Stone for the corrupt public staff of the Department of Agriculture.
It is quite obvious that the office of the director of agriculture at Lucknow is procrastinating on the application for the prime minister Kisan Samman Nidhi of the applicant for more than 9 months. Director Agriculture is a stumbling block in providing the assistance under the scheme of Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi to the genuine beneficiaries of the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi.

It is quite obvious that an online application for the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi is pending for approval at the level of the department of agriculture government of Uttar Pradesh.
Whether it is justified on the part of the director of agriculture who is escaping his obligatory duties is quite obvious from his working style. It is a well-known fact that Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi is not reaching to the needy because of the rampant corruption in the working of the public authority. This is a humble request of the applicant to take action against staff of the directorate who are procrastinating in providing approval on application of an applicant.

The registration number: GOVUP/E/2023/0060942 Of the applicant was forwarded by the office of Chief Minister Government of Uttar Pradesh to the director agriculture at directorate Agriculture Lucknow on 20th September 2023. On 23rd September 2023 director agriculture government of Uttar Pradesh told the chief minister office that data made available by the applicant has been verified at the level of the Tehsil and also at the level of district now it is pending at the level of state which means in the office of director of agriculture Lucknow.
Eight months have passed since the date of registration for Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi and the Office of the director of Agriculture is procrastinating on it which is a mockery of the law of land. Think about the gravity of the situation but they are neither providing information under RTI nor are they redressing the grievances of the applicant.

Most respected Sir more than 9 months passed and director Department of Agriculture at Lucknow is procrastinating on the matter but it is most unfortunate that the office of the chief minister government of Uttar Pradesh is not sending the matter to the director agriculture which means there is no accountability in the office of director agriculture at Lucknow. Moreover direct Department of Agriculture at Lucknow is neither redressing the grievances of the aggrieved applicant nor providing information is being sought by the information seeker which means applicant. It is quite obvious that arbitrariness and tyranny originated from the corruption in the Department of Agriculture that blocked the path of the rule of law for the citizens in the state. There is no transparency and accountability in providing the assistance under the prime minister scheme PM Kishan Samman Nidhi. What are the benefits of such a scheme if schemes are not reaching to the needy because of the rampant corruption in the departments in the government of Uttar Pradesh?
