महोदय हमारे महान प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र दामोदरदास मोदी जी 2014 से ही आश्वासन दे रहे हैं कि 2022 तक हमारी सरकार समस्त गरीबों को पक्का छत देने का वादा किया है अब 2022 भी बीत गया है
मीनाक्षी देवी पत्नी छन्नू सरकारी आवास के लिए पात्र हैं वे 5 वर्षों से सरकारी आवास के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं उनका लाभार्थी क्रम संख्या तीसरे स्थान पर है किंतु उन्हें अभी तक आवास नहीं दिया गया खंड विकास अधिकारी जमालपुर जनपद मिर्जापुर से जन सूचना अधिकार के तहत संबंधित ग्राम पंचायत का आवास सूची मांगी गई किंतु जिला विकास अधिकारी द्वारा सिर्फ टालमटोल किया जा रहा है 3 जन सूचना आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए जा चुके हैं आरटीआई ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर किंतु यदि आवास बने हो तब न सूची उपलब्ध कराएंगे सारा पैसा तो गबन कर गए तो सूची कहां होगी सूची तो आवास बनवाने पर होती है
श्रीमान जी प्रकरण का संबंध मीनाक्षी देवी पत्नी छन्नू से है ना कि मीनाक्षी देवी पत्नी स्वर्गीय भरत से श्रीमान जी पूर्व ग्राम पंचायत अधिकारी के रिपोर्ट से स्पष्ट है कि मीनाक्षी देवी पत्नी छन्नू योग्यता वरीयता क्रम में तीसरे अंक पर हैं उनका नाम सूची में शामिल है किंतु 5 साल से सिर्फ आवास की प्रतीक्षा हो रही है क्या यह भ्रष्टाचार नहीं है ।
An application by the applicant on behalf of Mrs Meenakshi Devi wife of Mr Chhannu regarding prime minister awas scheme under Article 51 A of the constitution of India. Minakshi Devi questioned the competence of B.D.O. Jamalpur for submitting photographs of house Minakshi Devi W/O Late Bharat in her complaint. There are five pages in the attached PDF document to the RTI Application. and four pages showing entitlement of Minakshi Devi W/O Chhannu for Prime Minister Awas Scheme and page five says that Minakshi Devi W/O Late Bharat is not entitled for Prime Minister Awas scheme.
B.D.O. Jamalpur is changing records to mislead complainants because of corruption in allotment in prime minister AWAS in the development block Jamalpur.

2-In the complaint number-40019922028075, Block Development Officer Jamalpur District-Mirzapur submitted the report of Minakshi Devi W/O Late Bharat while the complaint made on behalf of Minakshi Devi W/O Chhannu. Please provide the circular, office memo, notification and Government Orders which support the stand of Block Development Officer Jamalpur District-Mirzapur. If not such manuals, then provide the action taken report against Block Development Officer Jamalpur District-Mirzapur.
3- Provide the total number of prime minister awases granted by the government of Uttar Pradesh and the government of India to Village Sakaraudi, Development block Jamaalpur, Police station- Adalhat District- Mirzapur, State- Uttar Pradesh in the financial year 2020-21 with details.
4- Provide the total number of prime minister awases granted by the government of Uttar Pradesh and the government of India to Village Sakaraudi, Development block Jamaalpur, Police station- Adalhat District- Mirzapur, State- Uttar Pradesh in the financial year 2021-22 with details.

She was entitled for avas since five years but not now, Whether they would respond the reason of not providing avas in five years. Now she is frustrated with PM Avas. It is clear that Meenakshi Devi wife Chhannu who has been struggling for government housing for the last five years has not got a house till date, whereas the Honourable Prime Minister has promised to provide a pucca roof to all the poor by 2022 and it is 2023. Is this not a joke, Sir, it is clear that the poor are not getting the facilities what they should get because of corruption, the reason for this is total corruption. Five years later, block development officer Jamalpur and project director Mirzapur came to the conclusion that Meenakshi Devi had a semi-pucca house and hence was not eligible for a house. Sir, three applications were sent to the Commissioner Rural Development under the Right to Public Information Act, 2005 seeking PM Avas information, but not a single application was properly responded to.
