Grievance Description

Honourable sir the leniency of the part police in the matter of sending the charge sheet to the court is quite obvious from the fact that no prosecution could be carried on in the court. If the process will not commence in the court how will the prosecution culminate into conviction in the time bound manner? The matter concerns the charge sheet sent by the concerned police on 13th October 2022 which has still not reached the court but police are running away from providing any information. The police are running away from the core issue in a cryptic manner which increases the sensitivity of the applicant to the matter.

If the charge sheet will not reach the court how the matter will be considered by the Honourable court of the chief judicial magistrate. Here either the police is misleading the applicant or concerned staff of the court who made the charge sheet missing.

Respected sir, it is quite obvious that circle officer Mirzapur City mister Parmanand Kushwaha submitted a bogus inconsistent report in the matter which does not contain the proper reply of the submissions made by the applicant.

It has been explicitly expressed in the contents of the grievance that more than 5 months passed but it is most unfortunate that when enquiry made by the applicant through a council to the concerned clerk in the lower judiciary he said that charge sheet still not reach to the court which is not only shocking to the applicant but it is surprising as well.

It was repeatedly accepted by the office of the circle officer Mirzapur City that charge sheet number 145 was sent by the police to the Honourable court on 13th October 2022.

Quality disposal of pending investigations

According to Samvad News Agency -

Mirzapur.  Deputy Inspector General of Police Vindhyachal Range R. P. Singh conducted a surprise inspection of the office of the circle officer city  on Thursday. During the inspection, he observed the various registers of the office and directed to circle officer City to settle the cases and send the charge sheet to the court in time.

The DIG inspected the office of the circle officer City..  On the inspection of the crime register during inspection, it was found that a large number of cases registered at Kotwali Katra, Kotwali city and Kotwali Vindhyachal are under consideration which means a huge backlog of the pending cases.  He said that the disposal of pending complaints, applications received through various means at the level of the circle officer City must be done within 10 days and this disposal must be quality based by considering the pros and cons of the case.

Incomplete entries in the index found on perusal of the register were directed to be completed immediately .  During this, he said that redressal of the complaints of the general public with quality in the prescribed period is the first priority of the government.

He said that in the presence of the complainant, their complaints should be resolved with quality.  The complainant is satisfied with the settlements that must be paid to heed. Pay special attention to complaints whether satisfied or not.
