An application cum enquiry under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to make enquiry regarding action taken against 21 corrupt staff of Divisional forest office Gorakhpur in compliance of government order of Government of Uttar Pradesh after report submitted by the accountant general . महालेखाकार द्वारा प्रस्तुत रिपोर्ट के बाद उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के शासनादेश के अनुपालन में संभागीय वन कार्यालय गोरखपुर के 21 भ्रष्ट कर्मचारियों के विरुद्ध की गई कार्रवाई के संबंध में भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 51 ए के तहत एक आवेदन सह जांच या छानबीन ।
Registration Number PCCFO/R/2021/60019 Name Yogi M P Singh Date of Filing 09-10-2021According to first page of the attached document, a news item published in leading Hindi daily Amar Ujala, 18 Divisional Forest Officers were found indulged in the corrupt practices in the audit report of accountant general concerning with the plantation in the year 2017,2018 and 2019 consequently government of Uttar Pradesh sought explanation but government not satisfied with the explanation of them sent notice under close envelope into the matter through head office of department of forest.
सूचना १८ बन प्रभागीय अधिकारियों से सम्बंधित है जिनको स्पष्टीकरण नोटिस भेजा गया है प्रधान मुख्य बन संरक्षक कार्यालय लखनऊ द्वारा शासन की और से भेजा जा चुका है इतनी बड़ी कार्यवाही जिसमे खुद प्रभागीय बनाधिकारी गोरखपुर खुद कटघरे में है क्या सूचना दे सकते है अर्थात यह सूचना खुद जनसूचना अधिकारी प्रधान मुख्य बन संरक्षक कार्यालय लखनऊ द्वारा दिया जाना समीचीन है
According to divisional forest officer Mr. Vikas Yadav, Gorakhpur, communication dated 08 November 2021 attached to complaint, under divisional forest office Gorakhpur, disciplinary action has been initiated against 21 forest officers and staff yet still no forest officers and staff have been punished. संभागीय वनाधिकारी श्री विकास यादव, गोरखपुर के अनुसार शिकायत के साथ संबंद्ध पत्र दिनांक 08 नवम्बर 2021 के अनुसार संभागीय वनबिभाग कार्यालय गोरखपुर के अन्तर्गत 21 वन अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों के विरूद्ध अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही प्रारम्भ की गयी है, फिर भी किसी वन अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारियों को दण्डित नहीं किया गया है।
Sir, everyone knows that Yogi Adityanath is the one of the honest chief ministers and this inquiry is being carried out as anomalies found in the audit of Account General, then government ordered inquiry consequently procrastination will not be tolerated and no offenders will be set scot-free. महोदय, सभी जानते हैं कि योगी आदित्यनाथ ईमानदार मुख्यमंत्रियों में से एक हैं और यह जांच महालेखा परीक्षक के अंकेक्षण में पाई गई विसंगतियों के रूप में की जा रही है, तो सरकार ने जांच के आदेश दिए परिणामस्वरूप विलंब बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा और किसी भी अपराधी को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा
Please take action without delay against whom action is still pending and provide the detail who have been punished in the ongoing inquiry as aforementioned. कृपया अविलम्ब कार्यवाही करें जिनके विरूद्ध कार्यवाही अभी भी लम्बित है तथा उपरोक्तानुसार चल रही जांच में दण्डित किये गये व्यक्तियों का विवरण प्रदान करें।
Justice delayed is justice denied is a maxim which means that even if remedy against an illegal injury caused is available but not executed in due time, such a situation is comparable to having no remedy at all.
न्याय में देरी न्याय से वंचित होना एक कहावत है जिसका अर्थ है कि भले ही अवैध चोट के खिलाफ उपाय उपलब्ध हो, लेकिन नियत समय पर निष्पादित नहीं किया गया हो, ऐसी स्थिति किसी भी उपाय के न होने के बराबर है।
